The professional footballer known for his extraordinary speed is going through a divorce and legal fight with his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro. Earlier, Keeta accused him of being physically violent towards her during their marriage. Now, Tyreek has called out Keeta for falsely accusing him of witness tampering.
Tyreek Hill slams estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, over false witness tampering claim
Before the divorce trial, Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, accused him of trying to intimidate or influence witnesses. She was especially concerned about Tyreek Hill and his ex-wife, Crystal Espinal’s recent meeting. Keeta claimed that in the recent meeting, Tyreek guided Crystal on what to say when she gets grilled in the divorce. She added that Tyreek had not seen his ex-wife, Crystal, in over five years before their recent meeting.
TMZ reported that Tyreek has now called out his estranged wife, Keeta, over her false claims about witness tampering. According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Tyreek has asked the judge to punish Keeta with sanctions. Tyreek’s ex-wife and the mother of his three children, Crystal, reportedly spoke positively about the football wide receiver during the deposition, even though she had previously accused him of assaulting her while she was pregnant.
Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro divorce drama explained
Tyreek Hill and Keeta Vaccaro tied the knot in November 2023 and welcomed their daughter, Capri, in November 2024. Everything was going well until 2025. For those unaware, on April 7, 2025, Keeta called the police during a domestic dispute at their Miami home. The authorities later said that they did not find evidence that a crime had been committed. The next day, on April 8, 2025, Keeta filed for divorce from him.
During the divorce case, Keeta made serious allegations against the professional football wide receiver. She alleged that Tyreek had physically assaulted her during an argument over their postnuptial agreement, an agreement made by a married couple about how their finances would be handled if they parted ways. She also claimed that her estranged husband attacked her at a hotel in Orlando, including throwing her to the floor and pulling her hair. TMZ reported that Tyreek allegedly "violently attacked her, throwing her to the floor, twisting her intimate body parts, ripping her hair out, and grabbing anything on her that he could get a hold of."
However, Tyreek’s legal team has denied the allegations. Soon, their divorce case turned into a complicated legal battle. According to reports, the court has ordered Tyreek to provide Keeta financial support while their divorce case continues. The football wide receiver must pay between USD 20,000 and USD 50,000 per month in support. He has already given Keeta USD 500,000 for personal expenses and legal costs. As per court order, Tyreek needs to pay USD 457,517 toward her lawyer's fees. Keeta was also given a USD 100,000 car allowance.
TMZ reported that Keeta claimed that the former Miami Dolphins wide receiver began getting violent towards her in January 2024. She accused him of punching her while she was pregnant. She also alleged that a nanny cam video showed Tyreek getting violent towards Keeta and her mother. In fact, his legal team also tried to buy it for several hundred thousand dollars. TMZ reported:
"Keeta previously accused Tyreek of punching her in the stomach while she was pregnant with their child, also of him spitting on her, pulling out her hair, violently twisting her breasts, locking her out of her home, physically restraining her, and threatening her life. Tyreek denied wrongdoing and claims that any actions were done in self-defense."
