Amidst fans debating whether Taylor Swift changed her last name after getting married, the 36-year-old NFL athlete, Travis, joined the conversation. Recently, Travis 'liked' an Instagram post shared by Will Compton, who was discussing the possibility of Taylor changing her last name to Kelce after their marriage. 

Then a guest on the podcast stated that Taylor was more famous than Travis, and it might lead to Kelce changing his last name. The host then went on to joke on how 'Travis Swift' just perfectly suits the NBA player. They also claimed that Taylor Kelce also sounds good, the famous singer who has a huge fan following across the world who call themselves 'Swifties.' Then they emphasised that they should use the two names in hyphenation. They said:

"No, you gotta go Swift-Kelce — Travis Swift-Kelce."

However, Travis like on the post left many fans super happy. One user claimed that he is the perfect partner for Taylor, and wrote, "Fans loved Kelce liking the post, with one fan commenting, 'Travis liking this is hilarious, that’s why he’s perfect for her." Another one penned, "Love that Travis liked this video."

For those who don't know, Travis proposed marriage to Taylor in 2025 after the couple had been in a relationship for two years. The couple is expected to get married in the summer in New York City. The two often go on private and public date nights. A few days ago, Travis and Taylor attended a Knicks game in New York, and he was rooting for the Cavaliers; however, they ended up losing. Despite Taylor and Travis enjoying their date night in their 'his and hers ' denim.

With just a few weeks left before Taylor and Travis' wedding, a Page Six report claimed the couple might sign a prenuptial agreement. Lawyer Sarah Luetto highlighted the same and stated that they could be barred from discussing their marriage under a prenuptial non-disclosure agreement. However, the 36-year-old singer will still have the right to sing about their relationship. Leutto was quoted as saying:

"Swift and Kelce may wish to include terms fostering confidentiality and privacy. This may include non-disparagement or non-disclosure terms related to their relationship. In Taylor’s case, she would likely not want to include provisions limiting her from singing about her relationship in songs, particularly since there is always so much speculation about the subjects of her songwriting."

Travis and Taylor's relationship made the headlines in 2023. It all started after Travis revealed during a podcast, New Heights, that he tried to give Taylor a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it during her Era Tour, but she never received it. Soon, the buzz was rife that the two were secretly dating each other. Later, the same year in September, Taylor attended a Kansas City Chiefs game, and was sitting right beside Travis' mother and cheered for him.
