Tom Sandoval Was At His 'Breaking Point' When He Hit Ex,Victoria's Dad In Viral Video, Source Claims

After filing for a temporary restraining order, Tom Sandoval's legal battle with his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson and her father has taken another turn. The controversy started after a new video of Vanderpump Rules star's new video went viral. In the video, he was allegedly seen hitting his ex-girlfriend's father and throwing him towards a fire pit. In his defence, a source has now claimed that the incident happened after Tom had reached his 'breaking point' with the father-daughter relationship. The new update comes as Victoria's father, Will Robinson, is seeking a temporary restraining order against Tom and claims that he suffered serious injuries due to him. 

Source claims Tom Sandoval had reached his 'breaking point'

According to a source familiar with the situation, the viral video showing Tom shoving Will Robinson into a lit backyard fire does not tell the complete story. Instead, the insider claimed that the video captured only a small part of an incident, which allegedly was the result of months of physical and psychological abuse. The source reinforced Tom's allegations that Victoria and her father constantly abused him during the term of their relationship. 

The source also claimed that Tom was never physically violent towards either Victoria or her father, Will, before. But their actions had brought the reality TV star to a "breaking point". In fact, it also said that Tom has extensive video evidence proving what he experienced at their hands. Now, he plans to submit it in court as the legal case moves forward. 

What happened during the conflict between Tom and Victoria's father?

The incident reportedly took place on June 3, 2026, at the Hollywood Hills rental home where Tom, his girlfriend, Victoria and her father had been living. According to the viral video, Tom was arguing with Victoria before Will stepped in. He tried to give the reality TV star a bear hug. But Tom pushed Will, which sent him backwards into a fire pit. Soon, the cops were called to their home that night, and Victoria was charged on the suspicion of intimate partner battery. Later, Tom got a temporary restraining order against them.

According to the court filings, Tom alleged that Victoria constantly assaulted him during their relationship. He also accused Will of threatening him, punching a hole through a bedroom door, and physically restraining him during their fight. Eventually, the father-daughter duo was also ordered to move out of Tom's rental home as the legal proceedings continued. 

Meanwhile, Victoria's father has filed his individual request for a restraining order against Tom. He claimed that he was seriously injured on that night. In his filings, Will mentioned that he suffered a ruptured disc in his back, a broken thumb, a broken elbow and a cut on his heel from being pushed. He also mentioned that Tom was lying and he was the one who "overpowered" Victoria and locked himself in the guest room. In turn, he has requested that Tom remain at least 100 yards away from him and his daughter. At the same time, he asked for possession of four cats, his cat, Pumpkin, and Victoria's cats, Keeks, Punk and Yellow.
