For those unaware, Tom is in the middle of a bitter legal fallout with Victoria. The duo was previously known for sharing cozy moments on social media. Now, Tom revealed how Victoria kicked him in the groin during an altercation.
Tom Sandoval details how he was kicked in the groin in a new declaration against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson
On Monday, August 3, 2026, Tom Sandoval submitted a new declaration against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, in his ongoing restraining order case. According to the Vanderpump Rules star, she kicked him in the groin in October 2025, when he was on tour with his band, Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras, in Florida. He said that after the concert ended, Victoria “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew, and fans.”
That's not all; Tom accused Victoria of having “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus” earlier in the same night. Tom alleged that when he returned to his tour bus to check on his ex-girlfriend, that's when she attacked him. He claimed:
“She kicked my groin area with her legs and yelled insults such as ‘You have a tiny fucking penis! Fuck you!”
According to Tom, a number of venues that he performed at had expressed concerns about how Victoria used to do drugs backstage and that she used to invite the fans there too and share drugs with them. Tom Sandoval revealed that Victoria’s behavior was so concerning that it reached a point where his band manager and musical director “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour.”
In his recent court filing, Tom accused his ex-girlfriend of constantly creating drama that caused him “distress and anxiety.” He expanded on the matter by saying that Victoria's antics had left him feeling “frazzled” and “anxious” before he performed at the America’s Got Talent 2025 quarterfinals that took place in August that year.
Tom Sandoval alleged that at the time Victoria kept telling him negative things like how he's “not a real man.” This gave a severe blow to his self-confidence. However, he claimed that despite all this, the only reason he still stayed with Victoria was that “she threatened to ruin my life if I left her.” In his words:
"[Victoria] repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and 'get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,' referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup."
Reacting to the news of how Victoria treated Tom, fans took to social media to express their opinions. One wrote, “He just had to make sure the world knew this specific detail, huh?” Another user wrote, “Looks like he found someone who finally keeps it real with him. In an interview with TMZ, Victoria Lee Robinson finally decided to break her silence on the accusations he made against her in his new declaration. She made it clear that she never kicked him, nor did she touch him. Explaining what really happened that night, she said:
"I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him. I had taken a shot and asked him to take care of me; he chose not to. I went back to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down. That's what actually happened. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this."
