The Ambanis are one of the richest families of India and are an inspiration to millions. The patriarch of the clan, Dhirubhai Ambani had made us believe that dreams do come true and his life is the perfect example of the same. Dhirubhai got married to Kokilaben Ambani in 1955 and the couple was blessed with four kids, Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Nina Kothari and Deepti Salgaoncar.
Dhirubhai's sons, Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani have always been in the headlines but his daughters, Nina Kothari and Deepti Salgaoncar have maintained a low profile. We have seen them at a few gatherings of the Ambani clan. Nina got married to Shyam Kothari, owner of Kothari Sugars and Chemicals in 1986, whereas Deepti tied the knot with Duttaraj Salgaoncar, owner of V.M. Salgaocar Group of Companies in 1983.

On July 21, 2021, Nina Kothari turned a year older and her bhabhi, Tina Ambani penned a heartmelting birthday wish for her 'special' nanad. Tina took to her IG handle and shared pictures with Nina and wrote, "My lovely, gentle, special, spiritual, soulful Nina... you are truly a breath of fresh air and bring so much joy to us all. We have shared laughter and tears, weathered many a storm together and emerged closer, stronger... Blessed to have you in our life. Happy birthday @ninakothari."
Last year on Nina's birthday, the doting bhabhi, Tina had penned the sweetest wish for her. Sharing two pictures of the bhabhi-nanad jodi, Tina had written, "Gentle, gracious and graceful. Subtle and serene with astonishing depth. Loving and loved beyond measure. Nina, you are so very special to us all. Happy birthday! Wishing you a birthday as wonderful as you."

On November 19, 2019, Nina Kothari's son, Arjun Kothari got married to Anandita Mariwala, daughter of industrialists Anjali and Rajen Mariwala (of Marico Industries). On their first anniversary, Arjun's maami, Tina Ambani had posted a throwback picture from one of their wedding functions to wish them. Tina had captioned the picture as “A year already since your beautiful wedding - and what a year it’s been! While all the time spent in lockdown must have deepened your love even further, I hope the coming year allows you to step out into the world and savour the shared journey.
