Timothee Chalamet And Kylie Jenner Relationship Timeline Amid Their Critics Choice Awards Love Show

Timothée Chalamet is among the top actors dominating Hollywood at the moment. He made his acting debut with the 2014 television series, Homeland. After making his film debut with the comedy drama, Men, Women & Children, Timothée never had to look back. He landed a number of roles that quickly propelled him to fame, including Christopher Nolan's Interstellar and Luca Guadagnino's Call Me by Your Name. His most recent hit was none other than Josh Safdie's Marty Supreme, for which he took home the Best Actor Award at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards.  

While Timothée Chalamet's fans and fellow actors were overjoyed at his win, what left everyone visibly surprised was when he gave a rare shoutout to his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, during his acceptance speech. In fact, Timothée did not shy away from saying "I love you" to his lady-love in front of those present. Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner first met during Paris Fashion Week  

In early January 2023, news outlets reported that Kylie Jenner had broken up with her longtime partner, Travis Scott. For those unaware, Kylie and Travis started dating back in 2017, and over their years together, they became parents to two children, daughter, Stormi, and son, Aire Webster. Later in the month, on January 25, 2023, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet met for the first time when they attended the same Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show during Paris Fashion Week. At the time, a video of them enjoying each other's company, talking and laughing while watching the show, was widely circulated on social media.  

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner's romance rumours emerged in April 2023 

While Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner did not publicly acknowledge being in any kind of relationship at the time, their dating rumours emerged in early April, 2023. Initially, it was the gossip Instagram account, Deuxmoi, that received a tip and reported that the couple had been seeing each other for a couple of months, January 2023 to be more specific. Soon after, paparazzi cameras captured Kylie Jenner's black Range Rover parked outside of her alleged boyfriend, Timothée's, house in Beverly Hills, California. On April 13, the Daily Mail reported that Timothée was seen getting into Kylie's car after leaving a Santa Monica art show. A few days later, a source for Entertainment Tonight claimed that the couple were officially dating, but their relationship was “not serious.”

Since rumours of Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner dating swept through the internet, the couple was first spotted together on June 1, 2023. Reportedly, they were seen right outside of the Dune actor's Beverly Hills home, walking next to each other while holding their hot drinks. Some sources at the time claimed that Kylie spent “upwards of six days a week” at her Timothée’s house.  

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner sparked break-up rumours in August 2023 

In early August 2023, tabloids started reporting that Timothée and Kylie's romance had allegedly come to an end. However, these reports were soon proven false when many sources came forward to refute them. For instance, on August 16, 2023, a source for Entertainment Tonight revealed: 

“Kylie and Timothée are still seeing each other when they can. Kylie’s busy with work and traveling a lot, but they make time for each other when it works, and both like each other. They’re keeping things low-key and chill for now, but get along great and have fun together.”

On September 4, 2023, Timothée and Kylie finally made their public debut despite trying to keep their relationship as low-key as possible in the last few months. The duo were seen having the time of their lives at singer, Beyoncé's concert. They were also accompanied by Kylie's sister, Kendall Jenner, and other industry friends like Meghan Markle, Kelly Rowland, and Jerry Washington in the show, which was held in Los Angeles. Some photos from the day even show the couple getting cosy and kissing each other on their private balcony.

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner made sure that everybody knew their relationship was still going strong by arriving together at the 81st Golden Globe Awards on January 7, 2024. While they chose to skip the red carpet, they happily showed off their love in front of everybody at the ceremony by twinning in sparkly black ensembles.

Fast forward to May 7, 2025, Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner finally made their red carpet debut. Although many expected them to walk the Met Gala carpet together, they chose to make their red carpet debut two days later at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome. Here, Timothée received the David for Cinematic Excellence honour. This time too, the couple coordinated their outfits with Kylie dazzling in a black body-hugging Schiaparelli gown and Timothée in a sleek black velvet suit. Now, with the New Year having just started, the duo is still going strong, supporting each other both in public and in private.
