The actress, model, and influencer, Nikita Bhamidipati recently appeared on the dating reality show, Temptation Island India. During her stint on the show, she grabbed huge attention due to her contentious split with her boyfriend and fellow contender, Tayne. Now, in a recent candid conversation, Nikita opened up about her abusive relationship with her ex-boyfriend-cum- actor, Baseer Ali.
In a recent podcast with YouTuber and Roadies celebrity, Shreya Karla, Nikita Bhamidipati opened up about an array of things from her personal life. During one segment of the video, Nikita also discussed her relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Baseer Ali. She not only talked about the controlling and abusive nature of the Kundali Bhagya star but also talked about their terrible split. When she was asked about the duo's relationship, the actress called it the 'worst' and said:
"It is the worst relationship I have ever had."

In the same conversation, Nikita mentioned that according to her, Baseer is someone 'extremely disgusting'. She added how their relationship was toxic, and they had to cut off everybody from their lives, which wasn't a need then. Calling the ex-relationship a waste of time, she said,
“I don’t want to talk about someone who is so disgusting. Our relationship was very toxic and we had cut off everybody from our life which shouldn’t have happened. And honestly, I think the reason why he is talking about me right now is to get clout. I wouldn’t even want to call that a relationship. It was just a waste of time, energy and emotions.”
Although she was revealing the toxic side of her ex-boyfriend, Baseer, the actress elaborated that he never cheated on her. Moreover, she mentioned how Baseer was extremely abusive towards her and the both of them wanted to control each other while being in the relationship. She expressed:
"I want to confirm that he did not cheat on me and neither did I. However, it was just a very toxic relationship till date. I don't understand the reason we were together. But Baseer and my relationship was extremely toxic and abusive. In fact, he was very abusive. He was controlling towards me and so was I."

For the unversed, Baseer appeared in MTV India's Roadies Rising, where he emerged as the runner-up. Following this, he won the winning title in Splitsvilla 10 and has been part of many other reality shows. It was only in March 2023 that Baseer made his acting debut with Zee TV's Kundali Bhagya as 'Shaurya Luthra'.
