Joey King stepped in front of the camera at the mere age of 7 with the Disney sitcom, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. The actress has, since then, made a name for herself in the industry.
The 24-year-old actress is not only successful professionally but is also spending a blissful romantic life with the 32-year-old director, Steven Piet. As per reports going viral in the media, the two lovebirds, Joey and Steven, have gotten married in a hush-hush wedding ceremony on September 2, 2023.

According to a report from Just Jared, the Hollywood stalwarts, Joey King and Steven Piet have tied the knot in the presence of their family and close friends on the picturesque island of Mallorca, which is one of Spain's Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. For the unversed, Joey and Steven dated for about four years before getting hitched.
Last week, on August 28, 2023, Joey King took to her official Instagram account to upload an adorable carousel of photos of the couple, who were seen enjoying their time in Portugal. She captioned the post as:
“Love is cool! Love is grand! Love is kissing in front of the Fonte dos Amores and having too many caipirinhas together.”
Joey King met Steven Piet on the set of the Hulu limited series, The Act, in which the former was the lead actress and the latter directed two episodes of the series. In 2019, the couple was seen showcasing public displays of affection during a screening of a Harry Potter film. Since then, there have been speculations that romance was brewing between the two. Eventually, they confirmed the rumours once they started posting about their romance on their respective social media handles.

In March 2022, Joey King and Steven Piet took to their official IG account to announce that they got engaged on February 2, 2022. The duo shared heartfelt notes along with their engagement photos to commemorate the lovely day on their social media. Joey King penned:
“I never knew happiness could be so powerful that it can take the air from your lungs, overwhelming every part of you that you can’t help but feel your eyes well from the undeniable joy. I never knew that a person's presence and heart could feel like a real home. I never knew love could be so unquestionably beautiful. I never knew until you. The date was 2/2/22 when you asked me to marry you and made me the luckiest lady alive. I love you more than an Instagram caption could ever do justice. Hanging out with you forever sounds like a real dream, so let’s do it.”
On his Instagram account, Steven Piet gave a closer and more detailed description of the event. In the post, he mentioned that he asked his best friend, Joey to spend the rest of their lives together. He penned:
“The weather was less than perfect. Cold. Windy. Perfectly imperfect to ask my best friend to spend a lifetime together. A lifetime of incredibly safe and vulnerable conversations. Holding hands on silent cab rides home, exhausted from great food and red wine. And oh, the laughter. The uncontrollable laughter. You've unlocked a dimension of love in me that I never knew existed.”
In July 2023, The Kissing Booth actress, Joey King celebrated her bachelorette with her gal pals in Napa Valley, California. She even arranged a ‘Steven’ themed party, where her friends dressed up as their favourite. And it’s a no-brainer that Joey King dressed as favourite ‘Steven’, Steven Piet.
