She once revealed the reason behind her second breast surgery.
Teresa Giudice revealed why she got her breasts redone
Teresa underwent her first breast augmentation in 2008 during the filming of the first season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Then, in November of 2018, she revealed that she had swapped out her breast implants. In an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Teresa revealed that since her breasts looked fuller even though they were the same size as her originals, she had swapped them out.
However, in January 2020, the television personality revealed that she was going under the knife again for her second breast implant. Teresa revealed the reason behind her second augmentation and shared that she felt confident about herself, which is why she decided to do it despite being nervous.
Sharing a photo of herself at a clinic with her plastic surgeon, Teresa penned a lengthy note about her breast augmentation ten years after her first implant. The diva said she couldn’t be happier with the result and encouraged others to do the same. Penning the experience, she wrote:
“I believe it’s important to always stand strong and feel like your best, most confident self. 10 Years after my first Breast Augmentation I decided to have my breasts re-done. I was very nervous to redo my breasts, but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self. I encourage anyone who doesn’t feel their best self to work on feeling better. Even if it is the smallest thing every day. If it is something that requires cosmetic surgery to feel better.”

Apart from breast augmentation, Teresa has undergone various surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures over the years. In 2021, she underwent Rhinoplasty to refine the tip of her nose. She has also elaborated on opting for skin-tightening non-invasive treatments like Density radiofrequency treatment and triLift to get that lifted appearance.
Teresa also shared a video of herself getting tightening threads placed in her neck. She confirmed using lip fillers but had them dissolved in 2024. Apart from this, she regularly uses Botox and facial balancing fillers.
In a collaborative post on Instagram in June 2026, Teresa shared the facelift procedure that she opted for. In the video, the Real Housewives star could be seen awake as threads were placed in her neck. A thread lift is a process where "temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible 'lift' in the skin". Nurse practitioner Natia Rufolo spoke about the same and said:
“We did a little refresh to the neck, just a couple of threads here and there.”
