For those unaware, the couple tied the knot for the second time. They had initially exchanged vows in an intimate courthouse ceremony in Florida in July 2026.
Alexa Santamaria and Lino Troisi marry in 3-day Italian wedding
According to a report by PEOPLE, Alexa Santamaria and Lino Troisi commemorated their marriage with an “authentically Italian” three-day wedding celebration from October 1, 2026, to October 3, 2026, in Sorrento, Italy. The couple only invited 60 of their closest friends and relatives for the ceremony. Speaking about their choice of location, Alexa claimed that Italy "really felt like our grand finale." She said:
“More than anything, we wanted our guests to fall in love with Sorrento the way we have. We loved the idea of creating a three-day celebration that took everyone to completely different parts of Sorrento and gave them a true taste of the Amalfi Coast. It almost feels like we’re taking everyone on our favorite Italian vacation with us, except we also get to celebrate our marriage along the way!”
Meanwhile, her husband, Lino, said that getting to bring all their closest friends and family to a place that has been a big part of his life and his relationship with Alexa felt like a full-circle moment. He said that he wanted them to experience the food, culture, the people, and everything they loved about Sorrento.
On October 1, 2026, Alexa and Lino’s celebration began with a welcome party at Fattoria Terranova, which is a rustic farmhouse surrounded by lush greenery and gardens. The estate was filled with tomatoes, fresh pasta, and bread. It was also decorated with peppers and lavender hanging from wooden ceilings. They captured the essence of an “Italian family gathering”-style event with a local band and live cooking stations, with “Nonnas” making fresh gnocchi, mozzarella, as well as tiramisu for dessert.
Alexa, who made a grand entrance with her now-husband in a vintage red car, said, “We wanted it to feel nostalgic, warm, and a little old-world, like one big Italian family dinner tucked away in the mountains of Sorrento.”
The wedding took place the next day, when Alexa Santamaria and Lino Troisi exchanged handwritten vows at a private villa overlooking Mount Vesuvius. Lino walked down the aisle to a saxophonist playing Elvis Presley’s Can't Help Falling in Love while Alexa walked down to Ellie Goulding’s Love Me Like You Do. Alexa explained:
“I came down the grand staircase of the villa alone, and that was really meaningful to me. I wanted it to symbolize that I was the one choosing to give myself to Lino and choosing him as my husband. It felt really powerful and personal to walk toward him on my own, knowing I was making that choice with my whole heart.”
The couple was married by their best friend, Nico, who has been a witness to Alexa and Lino's love story from the very beginning. Alexa and Lino later shared their first dance to You're Still the One by Teddy Swims.
On October 3, 2026, the last day of the Italian celebration, the pair and their guests ended up at a cliffside beach club overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Alexa and Lino Troisi called it the “fun, carefree finale” of the weekend.

Before their 3-day wedding in Italy, Alexa Santamaria and Lino Troisi first exchanged traditional vows in a “timeless and elegant” courthouse wedding ceremony. Just six relatives attended the courthouse ceremony on July 17, 2026, in Winter Park, Florida. What made the location of their courthouse wedding special was that this is the city where the Temptation Island stars first fell in love back in 2020.
