Krishna Chali London fame, Kaushiki Rathore had to go through a thrilling weight loss journey to give a befitting reply to many of her trollers. From preparing her own diet chart to making a list of her daily exercises, the gorgeousness did it all by herself and lost 15 kgs in just 3 months. The journey from being chubby to slim was not a cakewalk for Kaushiki.
People often called the actress “that fat woman from a TV serial" to shatter her confidence, but by no means did Kaushiki let the mean comments affect her mental peace. Now, in a recent media interaction, she shared the secret of her beautiful body transformation, her diet and her exercises.
In an interview with the ETimes, Kaushiki was asked how she motivated herself to lose 15 kgs in only 3 months. Answering this, she revealed that she used to be a big foodie who had no control over eating. She said:
“It hasn't been easy. First of all, let me tell you, I am a big foodie. I have a sweet tooth. I am addicted to food. Be it any emotion, I need food. In this mental condition, I had to make sure I stay away from junk food. It was very difficult to stay away from food. I have sweet cravings at midnight.”
Beautiful bodies come in all shapes and sizes, but to feel healthy and active, having a proper nutritious diet is essential. In the same conversation, Kaushiki was asked about her diet, which helped the actress in her weight loss journey. Talking about her breakfast, she said:
“I would have overnight soaked oats with different types of fruits each day, dry fruits and green tea. I also made a special type of Juice, which is my personal recipe and it worked wonders for me. My mom would make something similar. It consists of carrot, spinach, amla, aloe vera and black salt. The taste was good and I could see the difference in my hair and skin.”
After enjoying a healthy breakfast, Kaushiki goes for a basic lunch comprising homemade daal, sabzi and roti. She also shared some details about her evening snacks and dinner. She said:
“In the afternoon, would have a proper lunch - daal, sabzi and roti (gluten free). In the evening, would have dry fruits like peanuts, fox nuts. I couldn't leave sugar. I have my black tea with sugar. would have egg whites, or green salad and before going to sleep I would drink milk.”
We love how amazingly Kaushiki lost her weight in such a short span.
