Tejasswi Prakash is counted amongst the bankable actresses of her time. Post swooning hearts with her stint in Bigg Boss season 15, she was seen in Ektaa Kapoor's Naagin 6. Thus, she could make one after the other purchases, among which was an Audi Q7, a flat in Goa, and then, along with her longtime boyfriend, Karan Kundrra, they purchased a luxury apartment in Dubai. But now, one of her statements regarding buying branded clothes couldn't satisfy the netizens, and they started slamming her for the same.
During a recent interaction with Instant Bollywood, Tejasswi Prakash spoke about her style statement and revealed that she was not wearing any branded clothes. Talking about the same, the actress mentioned that she can't afford one so she doesnn't slurge a huge amount of money. She shared:
“I’m not very brand conscious. I think one of the reasons behind this is that I cannot afford most of them (brands). I meant (the brands) which excite me. I feel a lot of good brands last very well so I buy them. That’s why I wear the same bag for a long time.”

Soon after Tejasswi's statements went viral on social media, netizens started reacting to them. While one user wrote, "Really,?? She has bought a home in Dubai but has no money for branded clothes", another mentioned, "Sirf camera ke samne simplicity behind camera luxury brands clothes and accessories." On the other hand, a few of her fans also felt proud of Tejasswi and praised her for being a kind and open-hearted person.

Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra are extremely serious about their relationship, and can be seen taking responsible steps towards their bright future. In 2022, the couple became the proud owner of a house in Dubai, and later, they also gave a tour of their house with a video shared on their IG handle. Inside their luxurious flat, we spotted the contemporary artwork blended perfectly with plain white walls and cupboards. Their bedroom featured floral printed walls, blue curtains and lush green indoor plants. They also have a swimming pool on the balcony. Moreover, from pristine ceilings to the Italian marble floors, everything served as a pop of color to the house. The modular kitchen also added an oomph factor to the overall decoration of the house.

On September 20, 2022, Karan Kundrra took to his Instagram handle and posted a cutesy IG story, featuring his girlfriend, Tejasswi. In the video, the actress was seen flaunting the keys of her brand new home in Goa. She looked super happy as Karan recorded her video. Sharing it, he penned a note for Tejasswi and called her the 'hardworking mouse'.
