Tanishk Bagchi has taken a big step and decided to hop on the forever train with his lady love, Payal Dangodra. The music composer exchanged rings with Payal in an intimate ceremony on June 26, 2026. The close-knit ceremony took place at the Mumbai residence of producer Mahaveer Jain, in the presence of the couple's close friends and family members. News of his engagement made headlines after Bollywood Hungama shared the couple's first picture.

For the big ceremony, Tanishk Bagchi opted for a pastel pink kurta, which he paired with a cream-coloured sherwani. The outfit paired beautifully with Payal Dangodra's pastel-pink lehenga with intricate zari work. She kept her makeup light with a rosy tone and a pink lip colour.

The insider further revealed that Amruta even sang songs and blessed Tanishk Bagchi and Payal Dangodra as they began their new journey.

Who is music composer, Tanishk Bagchi?

Tanishk Bagchi was born on November 23, 1980, to musicians, Nand Kumar Bagchi and Sharmistha Das. He hails from Kolkata and attended Frank Anthony Public School and Scottish Church College. Although his academic background is unknown, he entered the entertainment industry in 2007. His first album, in Bengali, was titled City Life. He later worked with Aditya Dev as a music producer on the song, Meherbani and composed and wrote the song for Arko Pravo Mukherjee for the film, The Shaukeens. 

Tanishk Bagchi has also worked on songs like Samandar, Bolna, Rabba, Fake Ishq, Besambhle, The Humma Song, Badri Ki Dulhania, Itna Tumhe, Baarish, Beat It Bijuriyan, Baaki Rab Pe Chod De, Manav Likes To Fly, Morni Banke, Heer Badnaam, Wakhra Swag, Psycho Saiyaan, Thodi Jagah, Rammo Rammo, Dhoom Tara and Naa Tere Jaisa Yaar Mileya.
