Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan’s little munchkin Taimur Ali Khan is internet’s baby crush. Taimur is in his initial days of growing up and is gradually learning how to talk, walk and is trying to get hang of everything going around him. Just like, what Kareena mentioned in an interview that “Now he reacts to the paparazzi when they call out his name” is the reason behind his curious eyes for the paparazzi. In an interview with the DNA, Saif Ali Khan revealed that the nanhe Nawab has started talking and is enjoying this phase of life with him. Saif was quoted as saying, “He has learnt a few new words. He calls me ‘abba’ and has now started to say ‘baby’ and ‘gum’. Whenever he sees a chewing gum, he would just scream ‘gum’. He likes to watch the moon, so I sit with him in my office and show him the moon.”
Saif Ali Khan further talked about paparazzi’s obsession with the 17-month-old toddler, Taimur and acknowledged them by saying, “Taimur should be freely able to take his evening outing in the park. It becomes difficult in certain situations, but the photographers are really friendly. They are just doing their jobs and they don’t push him or his nanny, which is really kind. In an interview with the Filmfare, Veere Di Wedding actress, Kareena Kapoor Khan talked about the constant media attention Taimur is getting, and shared, “I don’t like that at all, neither does Saif. As parents we’re scared. I’d want my son to grow up as normally as possible. Saif’s even more particular about this. When further probes if little Taimur is enjoying the attention, she said, “No, I think he’s just wondering what they’re doing, why they’re calling out his name! He’s quite bright and aware as a child. But I’m worried. I don’t want him to get used to this kind of attention. I’m protective like any mother would be.” Kareena also said that she and Saif believe that they don’t need to carry their son in their arms to prove that they are hands-on-parents. Veere Di Wedding actress, Kareena stated, “I don’t need to carry my child at the airport to prove how much I love my child. My husband too believes it’s not needed. By carrying the child in my arms I don’t need to prove that I’m a hands-on mother. Even if I have two hours with Saif, Taimur and myself in the bedroom, it’s the quality of time and wanting to be together that matters rather than the quantity of time we spend.
