On December 20, 2016, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s much-talked-about first pregnancy had come to an end with the beginning of her motherhood journey as she had welcomed her first baby. Kareena and her husband, Saif Ali Khan had welcomed the prince of Pataudi, Taimur Ali Khan into their lives. Right from his first picture, he had become the nation’s ultimate favourite star kid and he continues to do so, even after 5 years of his birth. On Taimur’s fifth birthday, his half-sister, Sara Ali Khan and maasi, Karisma Kapoor penned wishes for him.
Taimur Ali Khan’s 5th birthday had begun with a wish from his amma, Kareena Kapoor Khan. Taking to her IG handle, Kareena had recalled her firstborn, Taimur’s one of the biggest milestones. She had shared a Reel from the time when Taimur was learning to walk. In the video, he could be seen making his first steps and falling down adorably. Sharing the video, Kareena had written:
"Your first steps your first fall... I recorded it with so much pride. This isn’t your first or last fall, my son, but I do know one thing for sure… you will always pick yourself up, take bigger strides, and march along head held high... 'cause you are my tiger... A few hours back, Taimur Ali Khan’s half-sister, Sara Ali Khan penned a birthday wish for him on her IG stories. She shared a picture from their abba, Saif Ali Khan’s birthday, where Taimur can be seen all excited to cut the cake, holding his sister’s hand. Atop the photo, Sara wrote:
“Happy birthday Tim Tim. Wishing you all the toys, chocolates, laughter, happiness and love.”
On the other hand, Taimur Ali Khan’s maasi, Karisma Kapoor shared an adorable picture with him on her IG handle to wish her jaan on his birthday. In the photo, Taimur can be seen sitting on his massi’s lap, holding a toy gun. His Lolo ma’s birthday wish for him can be read as:
“Big boy! Happy birthday to our Jaan Love you toooo much #happybirthday #lolomalovestaimur.”

It is rare that we see Taimur Ali Khan's bond with his half-sister, Sara Ali Khan. In a chat show, Feet Up With The Stars Season 3 with Malini Agarwal, Sara had talked about the incident when her half-brother, Taimur had called her ‘gol’. In a segment, “Fact or fiction”, Malini had asked Sara, “Taimur used to call you gol?" Sara had replied that it was a funny incident. However, people had taken its meaning as body shaming. She had said:
“He called me gol once and it became like funny but he didn't call me gol he was just saying gol in general. I don't think he is body-shaming me, which has been conducted as a meaning."
