Hrithik Roshan too had celebrated the Ganesh utsav with his ex-wife, Sussanne Khan, kids, Hrehaan, Hridhaan, and the rest of the family. On August 23, 2020, Hrithik’s mother, Pinkie Roshan took to her IG handle and shared pictures of Ganpati visarjan. The Roshan family, along with their ex-bahu, Sussane bid farewell to 'Bappa' in an eco-friendly manner. Hrithik looked dapper in an all-black outfit, whereas, Sussanne looked gorgeous in a white printed salwar kameez. Along with the beautiful pictures, Pinkie wrote, “#Tradition. Family. Love. And my sweetest Lord Ganesha. Thank you for always protecting us from evil.”
On January 6, 2020, Sussanne Khan had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a series of pictures from their vacation. In the pictures shared by Sussanne, she could be seen enjoying the snow with her kids, Hrithik, and their families. She had captioned the images as “The ‘Modern’ Family. 2 boys, A Mom and A Dad. On the occasion of Father’s Day (June 21, 2020), Sussanne Khan had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared an adorable video of Hrithik Roshan and their sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan. The video was a compilation of various memories Hrithik has lived with his two little ones. From holding his little one to his fatherhood journey, the video was a beautiful compilation of memories. Along with the video, Sussanne had mentioned how Hrithik is the best dad ever. She had written, “When God knew he couldn’t be everywhere he made ‘A Dad’ Happy daddy’s day Rye... u are simply the best dad ever. #rayridzrye.”
During the lockdown, Hrithik and Sussanne had decided to live together and co-parent their kids, Hrehaan and Hridaan. In an interview with Vogue magazine, Sussanne had opened up on the decision of co-parenting with Hrithik amidst the pandemic. She had shared how the ex-couple had taken the joint decision of living in the same house for the sake of their kids. Sussanne had said, "When COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and the news was out that a lockdown would be imperative, Hrithik and I decided that staying together in the same home would be the more intelligent and soulful decision for our sons, and for us. We realised early on that the days ahead would require us to regroup our energies towards creating serenity for one another. With that thought in mind, and a heap full of love, we started on our lockdown adventure."
