Recently, the former Miss Universe shared an interesting anecdote that she doesn't allow anyone to gift her diamonds, even her beau, Rohman Shawl.

Recently, in an interview with Zoom TV, Sushmita Sen was asked if there is any piece of diamond jewellery gifted by Rohman Shawl, which she holds close to her heart. To this, the actress revealed that she doesn't allow friends to give her diamonds. She also added that she likes to buy them and not receive them as gifts.
Sushmita further added the first diamond, which she had brought on her. She said, "It was a ten-cent diamond with a pure gold band that had an open-ended thing that could be adjusted for size. After that, I graduated slowly to 22 carat."
