Late actor, Sushant Singh Rajput still lives in the hearts of his fans. The actor, who rose to fame with his stint in Pavitra Rishta, dreamt big and even carved a niche for himself in Bollywood. Sushant debuted in Bollywood with his movie, Kai Po Che. Apart from that, he also left everyone in awe of his acting mettle in several other movies, such as M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, and Chhichhore, among many others. However, it was back in 2020 when Sushant's demise left everyone in utter shock and heartbroken. Several controversies about the actor's demise dominated all the headlines back then. And Sushant's alleged girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by NCB for a drug-related case, linked to the actor's death.
After a few years of her bail, Rhea finally made her comeback in the industry, and recently, at the India Today Conclave, the actress opened up about another anecdote from her life. Rhea, in the same conversation, mentioned that she was aware of Sushant Singh Rajput's mental health condition. However, it was the late actor's sister, Shweta Singh Kirti's cryptic post soon after Rhea's statements that grabbed the attention.

Taking to her IG handle a while ago, Shweta Singh Kirti dropped an array of throwback pictures of Sushant Singh Rajput. Sharing the photos, she penned a lengthy note and without mentioning anyone's name, asked how someone could blame her brother when he was no longer in this world to defend himself. On the same note, Shweta stated that her brother had a pure heart, which is still beating in the hearts of his millions of fans. An excerpt from Shweta's note can be read as:
"Blaming the person who has passed on… who can't defend himself anymore. I wonder what answer will you give to your conscience! My Bhai had a pure heart and he is beating in hearts of millions."
Further, in the note, Shweta Singh Kirti stated that they do not feel the need to come out and speak up because people can already feel the truth. She also added that Sushant will always be their pride. Mentioning how they will never give up fighting for Sushant's justice, Shweta penned:
"We don't feel the need to come out and say anything because people can feel the truth. Bhai was, Bhai is and will always be our pride! The kind of love he has stirred in every heart.. Will never die!! We will relentlessly fight for his justice."

At the India Today Conclave, Rhea Chakraborty was asked if she knew anything about Sushant Singh Rajput's alleged suicide case. To this, the actress said that she didn't know what made the actor take such a drastic step of killing himself. Rhea also said that she knew about the mental illness that Sushant had been going through. Rhea could be quoted as saying:
"I could never know the truth of what took him to do what he did because I don’t live in his mind, contrary to popular belief. But I do know the truth about him being mentally ill, I do know the truth about what he was going through."
In the same conversation, when she was asked if she supplied drugs to her boyfriend, the late Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea mentioned that she was done with the topic and she didn't want to talk about drugs, NCB and CBI.
