Surveen Chawla is counted among the most bold and sexiest actresses of her generation. She kickstarted her acting career from the small screen with shows like Kahi To Hoga and Kajjal among others. She then went on to create a name for herself on the silver screen with films like Ugly, Hate Story 2, Creature 3D and others. While her beauty became an instant sensation, she was especially acclaimed for her bold and sexy avatar. However, unlike her illustrious professional life, very less is known about her personal life, where she has faced a fair share of link-ups, relationships and affairs. Surveen’s first taste of love came about when she developed feelings for her Kajjal co-star, Apurva Agnihotri. The serial was a debut for both of them and their on-screen chemistry was much appreciated, despite the show’s marked unsuccess. They fell in love with one another, despite the fact that Apurva was already married to his wife, Shilpa Saklani. The couple spent some quality time with one another all throughout their time on the set, and frequently involved in mushy PDAs in front of everyone. Back then, a source close to the couple had shed light on their relationship and had revealed how Apurva’s wife never visited the sets, which led them to continue with their extra-marital affair. It stated:
“Shilpa doesn't visit the sets. So, Apoorva has all the liberty to do what he likes there. The Apoorva-Surveen affair has been going on for the past three to four months. Everybody on the sets knows it. They are very open about expressing their love for each other. They keep doing mushy stuff in front of everyone."
Unfortunately, even after all of this, the duo failed to keep up as Apurva had to ultimately choose his wife, Shilpa over Surveen. The duo ended their relationship and never crossed paths again.

After breaking up with Apurva, Surveen was once again linked up with popular television actor, Gaurav Chopra. While nothing much is known about how the duo met or how their relationship blossomed, nevertheless they were often spotted together in the public eye. From making public appearances at each other’s work projects to going for fancy dinner dates, their close proximity raised quite a few eyebrows. Interestingly, it was Surveen who had suggested Gaurav to chop his long hair and instead go for a trimmed look. Proof of the same was found when once in an interview, Gaurav indirectly credited Surveen for his change of looks. In his words:
“A really hot-looking person told me to get a haircut."
Yet once again, this love story did not culminate into fulfilment when Gaurav loudly proclaimed in an interview that he was a man difficult to settle down with. Thus, the two of them called it quits.

Soon after her breakup with Gaurav Chopra, Surveen found love once again in the arms of cricketer, Sreesanth. The two were introduced to one another when they participated as partners in the dance reality show, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena in 2008. Over the course of the show, their relationship grew stronger and they were dating for quite some time. However, they hit a rocky ground in 2009 when Sreesanth was accused in the match-fixing case. Not only did Surveen call it quits with him, but also attacked him publicly by commenting unapologetically on match-fixing case.
Well, after so many frequent heartbreaks and failed relationships, Surveen finally found her soulmate in Akshay Thakker, CEO of Earth Pharmaceuticals. The duo reportedly met each other through a common friend in 2013 and bonded over organically. After dating each other quite secretively, they finally walked down the aisle in 2015 in Italy. However, Surveen chose to keep this big news hidden for almost two years before she announced it to the world.
After four years of marital bliss, Akshay and Surveen hopped on to the parenthood journey with the arrival of their baby girl in 2019. The doting parents named her Eva. Once in an interview a few years after the birth of her child, Surveen had opened up on her motherhood journey and mentioned:
“It hasn’t hit me completely. I am feeling strange, thinking and feeling the way I am doing, it almost feels like, you know, sometimes people say that a new ‘you’ will be born when you give birth, this almost feels like that."
