Recently, a Reddit user shared a video of a designer, Ayush Kejriwal, who fired Surbhi Chandna's PR for asking for free clothes for her lavish wedding. The designer seemed super irritated at the unusual request, and he shared a screenshot of his conversation with the PR, to whom he simply denied any free clothing. Further, Ayush shared that he doesn't like giving free clothes to celebrities, but this has taken a step ahead as they have been asking for free clothes for their own wedding.

As soon as the video was uploaded, netizens flooded the comments section. One user wrote, "She really thinks she’s a big actress whom brands would be falling over to sponsor." According to the latest report by the Hindustan Times, Surbhi and Karan are planning to tie the knot in March 2024. However, the couple have not yet officially disclosed their wedding date. A source close to the actress shared that she is currently busy planning nitty-gritty details about her wedding. The source said:
"They plan to get married in March, probably last week. They will decide the date soon with their families."
