Popular actress, Sonarika Bhadoria and her husband, Vikas Parashar are currently enjoying their married lives to their fullest. For the unversed, after dating for quite some years, the duo tied the knot on February 18, 2024, in a lavish wedding in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Earlier, it was on May 18, 2022, when Sonarika took to her Instagram handle and dropped glimpses of her dreamy beach proposal from her beau, Vikas. He had proposed marriage to her with a huge diamond ring. Now, the lovebirds opened up about their newly-wedded lives.
In an interview with ETimes TV, Sonarika Bhadoria and Vikas Parashar gave an insight into their married life. Although Vikas revealed that he feels a little bit married, Sonarika mentioned that since they have been dating for almost nine years, she does not have the feeling of being married. The actress mentioned how her uncle and aunt also assured them that she and Vikas don't look like a married couple, and they want to cherish that. Sonarika said:
"Firstly, we keep talking about this very often so that it doesn't feel like we're married. Abhi tak woh feeling hi nahi aarahi hai. I think it's not hit us as yet we've also been together for so long now. And the other day I went to dinner at my maasi's place and my maasa ji said that ‘tum logon ko dekh lagta hi nahi hai tum shaadi shuda couple ho’. I'm happy and I just hope that sort of keeps on going on forever."

In the same conversation, Sonarika was asked whether her husband, Vikas, is vigilant about her work. To this, she narrated an incident from her pre-wedding phase, wherein Sonarika was taking a bit of a break amidst all the preparations. Thus, Vikas got worried and asked her if she was looking for new projects. Elaborating how Vikas used to take care of her works, Sonarika added:
"There was a bit of a break during the marriage prep. So he's like, what's happening with your work? Like, what do you want to do? Are you looking for new projects? So he'll always keep a tab and a check on that."
Further, Vikas was asked about Sonarika having a massive fan following. To this, the actress immediately answered how Vikas keeps motivating her to work. Moreover, the doting wifey mentioned that her husband keeps pushing her to be the best version of herself by eating good food and shedding extra weight. Sonarika concluded:
"A lot of times husbands, I don't know if they do it or they don't, but ever since we were dating also, he would always tell me that, ‘I feel like you're putting a little weight on your face and that won't look nice on camera. So you should sort of go down now’. So he's the one who will also push me to eat good food and everything. But you know, when he thinks I'm sort of going overboard, he'll also pull me down. So I'm very lucky."

On March 25, 2024, Sonarika and Vikas celebrated their first Holi together as husband and wife. Soon after the celebration, she took to her Instagram handle and posted glimpses from the same. The duo was seen twinning in white-hued ensembles as they posed for the photos. In one of the pictures, the actress was also seen touching her husband, Viaks' feet and putting gulal on it. In another photo, her husband was seen putting sindoor in her maang, which looked picture-perfect. Along with the photos, Sonarika penned:
"Pehli Holi."
