Bigg Boss 14 contestant and politician, Sonali Phogat took her last breath on August 23, 2022. The actress was in Goa when she passed away in the morning due to a heart attack. According to reports, she had gone out to party. The entire nation is in shock and mourning the loss of the 43-year-old actress.
For those who don't know, Sonali was brought to St Anthony Hospital at Anjuna in the North Goa district after she had complained of uneasiness. In an interview with the PTI, Goa Director General of Police, Jaspal Singh revealed that the actress had complained of uneasiness while she was dining at Curlies restaurant. He also revealed that there is no foul play.

However, Sonali's family doesn't believe this story. In fact, Sonali Phogat's elder sister, Ramen Phogat strongly believes that her sister was poisoned. Talking to the media, Ramen revealed that her sister told her she was feeling uneasy and wasn't feeling comfortable after eating her food. Ramen said:
"Our mother spoke with her yesterday and Sonali told her, ‘Mummy, I am feeling slightly upset in the stomach. I can sense some problem soon after eating my food as if somebody was doing something to me.’ Sonali also said that she was feeling as if something was not alright and as if some conspiracy was being played on her and as if somebody was doing something to her."
Sonali's sister revealed that she had a doubt that a conspiracy was being run behind her. The actress suspected something was being mixed in her food. Her sister said Sonali had told her:
"Mere pe kuch saazish ho rahi hai..."
