Popular Bollywood actress, Sonakshi Sinha is the proud daughter of iconic actors, Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. The actress had given many back-to-back hit films in her acting career in the Hindi cinema, including the blockbuster Dabangg series, Rowdy Rathore, Lootera, and many more. Talking about Sonkashi's personal life, the actress is reportedly in a relationship with the Notebook actor, Zaheer Iqbal. Since 2020, reports are rife that Sonakshi and Zaheer are in a relationship, although the two had denied it time and again.
However, now once again, Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's relationship rumour are in the headlines after the former shared a series of pictures with a mystery man on her social media handle. On May 9, 2022, Sonakshi Sinha took to her Instagram handle and shared three different posts consisting of one picture each that have taken the entire social media by storm. The first picture shared by the actress featured her posing alongside a mystery man. In the viral photo, Sonakshi can be seen holding on to a person, who donned a white shirt, and she looked super-happy as she flaunted a huge diamond ring on her ring finger while posing for the lens with a sweet smile. In the second post, we can see an almost similar picture of Sonakshi with the mystery man. However, this time she can be seen resting on his shoulder. Well, in the third picture, Sonakshi flaunted her ring with a big smile. Along with all these three picture, she penned a similar note, and it can be read as:
"BIG day for me!!! One of my biggest dreams is coming truuuue… and i cant wait to share it with YOUUUU. Cant believe it was SO EZI!!!!"
The moment, Sonakshi Sinha dropped these three pictures on her IG handle, the entire social media was buzzing with reports speculating that the Lootera actress is now engaged with her rumoured beau, Zaheer Iqbal. Although time and again, Sonakshi had brushed off the rumours suggesting that she was not in a relationship with Zaheer. Once in an interview with the Bombay Times, Sonakshi had reflected on the same and had talked about her bond with Zaheer. She had explained:
"Zaheer is like my best friend. We laugh off this news because it is very funny. We have worked in Double XL together. I really appreciate him as an actor. I think he was very good in his first film, Notebook. His role in Double XL is drastically different from what he did in his debut film. I think he is very talented and definitely someone to watch out for."

Last year on Arbaaz Khan's show, Pinch by Arbaaz Khan, Sonakshi Sinha had spoken her heart out and had addressed all the online trolls regarding her marriage. During the course of their conversation on the show, when Arbaaz had read out an online troll that had asked Sonakshi to settle down in her life, the Dabangg actress had given a befitting response to the troll and had said:
"Matlab life ka hal hai get married and settle down, aur kuch karna nahi hai life mein aur jo kar rae hain unko bhi bolo ki get married and settle down. Means what? Unko kya lagta hai ki hum tour pe jaate hain aise hi naachne, mazey karne, aish karne and party karne? It's part of my work, I am doing my job."
