Sonakshi Sinha and her boyfriend, Zaheer Iqbal have been in the headlines for some time. For a long time, reports hinted at the possibility that they were in a relationship. But in recent weeks, reports are rife about their alleged wedding that will happen soon if the rumours are to be believed. However, none of them had confirmed the ongoing speculations about their marriage in the media. Apart from the two, it is Zaheer's sister and renowned stylist, Sanam Ratansi, who opened up about her brother's wedding rumours with Sonakshi in a recent interview with ETimes. When Sanam was asked whether her brother was getting married to Sonakshi, neither she denied it nor she confirmed it. She simply said:
"I don't want to comment on this."
For the unversed, it was on June 6, 2022, when Zaheer Iqbal had confirmed all the speculations and rumours about his relationship with Sonakshi Sinha, after dropping a lovely post on his Instagram handle. The actor had taken to his IG handle and had shared a belated birthday post for his ladylove, Sonakshi. The doting boyfriend had penned a cutesy note for Sonakshi and had confessed his love for her publicly in the cutest manner. He had also shared an adorable video, wherein we could see Sonakshi hogging a burger with a bright smile on her face. Zaheer's note in the caption could be read as:
"Happy Birthday Sonzzz. Thank You for not killing me. I Love You. Here's to a lot more food, flights, love and laughter. P.s - This video sums up the entire time we've known each other."

Not only this, but Zaheer Iqbal had also shared a romantic picture with Sonakshi Sinha from one of their outings. While the doting boyfriend had looked dapper in a black shirt and half-coat of the same colour, Sonakshi had looked gorgeous in a floral top and black sunglasses. Soon, the doting girlfriend had dropped a mushy comment on her beau's post, confirming that both are madly in love with each other. Sonakshi's comment on Zaheer's post could be read as:
"Thank you.. Love you.. Now I'm coming to kill you."
