It is finally that time of the year when we celebrate the happy moments and bid adieu to those amazing twelve months to welcome the next one. The festive season is here and so is the time to pack our bags and go on vacation. While some plan to throw grand parties for Christmas and New Year, some prefer to spend quality time with their close one. Belonging to the latter category is Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and their one-year-and-three-month-old princess, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. It was earlier this month when Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu had headed off to the Pataudi Palace to spend some quality time with the Kemmu-Pataudi families. From taking blessings from her late grandfather, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi by visiting his grave to celebrating her grandmother, Sharmila Tagore’s birthday and helping her cut the pancake, Inaaya had an eventful December, which was followed by a grand Christmas-themed pre-birthday bash of her cousin, Taimur Ali Khan in Mumbai.
Now, the Pataudi-Kemmu trio, Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu have headed off to another vacation. On December 24, 2019, Soha, Kunal and Inaaya were snapped by the shutterbugs at the Mumbai airport. While Soha looked gorgeous as ever in a black sweater with white-coloured hearts printed on it which she paired with grey denim and white sneakers, Kunal looked dapper in a white t-shirt, blue jacket, grey denim and white shoes. But it was the little one, Inaaya who as usual stole the limelight in a grey t-shirt, khadi-coloured pants and blue-and-white shoes. While the location is still not disclosed, we are hoping Kunal and Soha would treat their fans with frequent glimpses from their vacation, like they have always done!
As per a Times Now report, on December 23, 2019, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu and Taimur Ali Khan had attended the Christmas bash at Laksshya Kapoor’s residence. Inaaya had looked like a princess in a pink-coloured frock which she had paired with matching footwear. We loved how Inaaya had worn bangles with her frock, and her hair was tied in a fountain ponytail. On the other hand, her cousin, Taimur had looked soigné in a light blue shirt, white shorts and white sneakers. Looking at these two munchkins, all we can wonder is why time flies so fast! A few days back, Kunal Kemmu had given us a glimpse of his ‘bedtime stories’ moment with his little angel, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. Treating us with a super-adorable picture from Inaaya’s nursery, Kunal had written, "Bedtime stories are best told and heard in bed. No matter what the size of the bed #bedtime #bedtimestories." Just how this grey-eyed munchkin is truly a treat to our eyes, her nursery is a synonym of ‘subtleness’! Earlier, Soha Ali Khan had given us a glimpse of Inaaya’s nursery, where one of the walls has a pink backdrop, while the other has a self-lit cloud. The room also boasts of having a baby crib, diaper changing station, a sofa and ample cupboards for her belongings.
In an interview with the IANS, Soha Ali Khan had spoken about how exciting and scary it is to raise her daughter, Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. She had stated, “I want her to learn and grow all the time. You know, this is the age where you can see that she is absorbing everything, she is repeating things. It is a scary time as well as an exciting time because she is exposed to so much. She is not just exposed to me and I would like to think that I am the best influencer on her but I am sure that I am not perfect, so, you know, school, other children, other parents, staff, other family members, everyone is contributing to her development at this point."
Revealing how motherhood and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu’s arrival has changed their lives completely, Soha Ali Khan had continued, “I used to wake up at noon and have lunch straight-away. Now, I'm up at like before 7 and I literally like pass out at night. I don't go to bed but by like 10.30 - 11, I'm exhausted. Often, I can't sleep at 11 because you have a social commitment, you have a professional engagement... I think that women are used to wearing multiple caps but I know that being a mother, being a wife, being a daughter or being a sister, you are required to be all those things and then you're required to work, fulfil your professional commitments."
