Snoop Dogg Shares First Message After Her Only Daughter, Cori Lost Her 10-Month-Old Baby Girl

Snoop Dogg's only daughter, Cori Broadus is dealing with the toughest time of her life. The moment Cori thought her life was settling in as her 10-month-old daughter got discharged from the NICU and was at their home, she suffered the biggest loss of her death. Cori announced her daughter's demise with a heart-wrenching post on Instagram. Amidst it, Snoop Dogg shared his support for his daughter.

Just a few hours after Cori announced the death of her infant child, Snoop Dogg shared a post for his daughter. Without sharing big notes and heavy words to console his daughter for the irrepairable loss, he showed his support. In the picture, he was standing right beside, with her brothers standing right beside her.. As soon as the post was shared, netizens filled the comments section with condolences and prayers for the Broadus family. Cori's brother also shared the same post on his Instagram Story. Along with it, he penned, "Lil sis we got you forever."

For the unversed, Cori Broadus announced that she lost her 10-month-old daughter, Codi Dreaux, on January 26, 2026. It happened just twenty days after coming home from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. For the unversed, Cori's daughter Codi was born three months premature and has been in NICU since her birth. She wrote, "I lost the love of my life, my Codi." Her fiancé, Wayne Polk, also penned how unhappy he has been ever since he lost his baby.

Cori Broadus and Wayne Duece fell in love in 2018. They met at a party, and it was Cori Broadus who approached Wayne Polk. The couple exchanged their numbers and followed each other on social media. Soon, they became good friends and within a year, their friendship blossomed into love. They made their relationship Instagram official in 2019. 

Cori and Wayne got engaged after five years of dating each other. In November 2022, Wayne popped the question and went down on his knees to propose to Cori in front of her family members, including her father, Snoop Dogg. In 2023, the couple was searching for the best location to host their wedding, but their marriage plans were put on hold after Cori suffered a severe stroke in 2024. 

Cori Broadus and Wayne Duece welcomed their daughter in February 2025. She was born at 25 weeks, which was nearly three months earlier than usual. It was followed by the parents' journey as NICU parents. They prayed and did their best to be strong for their little girl, who was fighting for her life in the NICU. However, when they thought their prayers were answered as they took her home on January 6, 2026, they lost her within a few days. Once, Cori wrote in her Instagram post in 2025 that becoming a NICU mom was not part of her plan, but it became her story. She wrote:

"Becoming a NICU mom was not part of the plan, but it became part of my story. I carry my little warrior’s strength with me every day."
