And television actress, Smriti Khanna is making sure to record every second of her little angel, Anayka. We still remember when Smriti had shared a video from her pregnancy diaries. In the video, we could see her baby kicking inside her tummy, and it was a sight to behold. The actress had captioned the video as "Morning kicks #pregnancy #babykicks." It was on April 15, 2020, when Smriti Khanna and her husband, Gautam Gupta's entire world had changed and they had welcomed their angel.
Since then, Smriti keeps on sharing snippets of her life with her little princess. On September 10, 2020, she recorded her daughter, Anayka's cute gimmicks and posted it on her Instagram handle. In the video, we can see Anayka dressed in a pink bunny onesie and looked super adorable as she smiled for the camera. The actress captioned the video as "What love looks like." She shared the same video on her daughter's Instagram page, and wrote, "My play date with myself. #GoCorona so I can make some friends." Check it out below:
On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Smriti had twinned with her little angel, Anayka. In the picture, we could see her dressed in a red and white suit and Anayka had also donned a similar ensemble. Alongside it, the actress had written, "With my little Gannu. Wishing you all a very happy Ganesh Chaturthi." In an interview with The Times of India, Smriti had talked about weight loss and postpartum depression. She had shared, “I have realised that even if you speak good on social media and educate people about pregnancy and mother, haters will still troll you. I felt that people did not discuss much about pregnancy, weight issues, breastfeeding and I feel these topics should come out openly in our society because there are so many myths and women struggle all their life to lose weight. There are so many times that this becomes a matter of depression for them. They stop stepping out because they are not looking a certain way or not fitting into their dress. Some women are scared to get pregnant. There is postpartum depression and it is a big thing and it is not spoken in India."
