Siya Goyal Says Ketan Agarwal Threatened Her When She Refused To Marry Him, 'Even If You Run Away..'

Ketan Agarwal’s murder case has been grabbing a lot of attention lately. The 26-year-old Pune-based businessman was killed by Chetan Chaudhary, the lover of his fiancée, Siya Goyal, ahead of their wedding. What was initially reported on June 18, 2026, as an accidental 400-foot fall from Lohagad Fort was later exposed as a planned murder. And now new revelations are emerging in the case.

Siya Goyal revealed she was threatened by Ketan Agarwal for marriage

As the interrogation continued, Siya Goyal made some shocking claims. Siya, who is accused of murdering her fiancé, Ketan, revealed that she was threatened by him when she refused to marry him. She told the police officers that she had previously refused to marry Ketan Agarwal, but he was unwilling to break off the engagement. Claiming that he threatened her, Siya said:

“Now this marriage will not break under any circumstances. My family is very rich and influential. Even if you run away, we will find you."

Siya Goyal and her lover, Chetan Chaudhary, who hatched the plan to kill Ketan Agarwal, are currently under police custody after being charged for the heinous crime. During the interrogation, Siya also told the investigators she was under constant pressure from her lover, Chetan Chaudhary, to “get rid” of Ketan. Siya claimed he constantly told her that “she couldn’t do it and he would have to step in.”

As per reports, Ketan was the Director and Chief Marketing Officer of his family-owned real estate firm, Success Group, in Pune. He got engaged to Siya Goyal in February 2026 and was all set to get married in November 2026 in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their families had known each other for a long time.

Ahead of Siya’s birthday, the duo took a trip to Lohagad Fort near Pune. Later, Siya called the police and informed them about her fiancé's death and claimed that he slipped during their trek and fell 400 feet into a gorge while trying to take photographs. His body was recovered, and later, a case of accidental death was registered, but the family wasn't convinced about the claims. Investigators soon became suspicious after noticing inconsistencies in Siya’s account and her lack of grief following Ketan's death.

Soon, Siya’s boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary, also cropped up. The two were arrested as they allegedly conspired to kill Ketan. Investigators claim the pair had made multiple failed attempts before allegedly carrying out the murder at the fort. Authorities allege that Siya lured Ketan to the fort while Chetan secretly followed them, where he pushed Ketan into a deep gorge, causing his death.

Siya Goyal's father wants his daughter dead if she is guilty of murdering Ketan Agarwal

Amid the whole fiasco, Chetan Chaudhary's father claimed that their son is being falsely accused. On the other hand, Siya’s father, who suffered a cardiac arrest, revealed that if his daughter was involved in Ketan’s murder, then she should get the harshest punishment for the same. In his words:

“Jisne yeh kia hai ussei sakt se sakt saza milei. Jaise hamara Ketan jiss kilei se gira hai, usmei jo bhi aaropi paya jaye, usmei bhalei meri khud ki beti kyu na ho, ussei bhi wahi se dhakka dia jaye."
