Initially, the case was registered as an accidental death, but after careful investigation, police called it a premeditated murder.
Amid this, an unseen video showing Ketan and Siya surfaced online. Here’s how netizens reacted to it.

Recently, The Pune Mirror shared an unseen clip from Ketan Agarwal and Siya Goyal’s engagement. Their engagement reportedly took place in February 2026, and it was nothing less than a fairytale-like ceremony. The duo was seen holding hands and seemed head over heels in love with each other. In the clip, the female anchor who was hosting the event was seen asking Siya that what are the qualities of Ketan that she adore as her to-be husband and makes him her Hero No. 1. In response, Siya blushed and said:
"He is kind and caring."
Soon after the unseen moment surfaced online, netizens flooded the comment section. A user wrote, "How can people fake so nice?" Another user commented, "She’s the real actress, not what we see in movies." A third user penned, "Money can't buy love, best example." A fourth user wrote, "Women can fake emotions men can never." Another comment can be read, "Caring and kind after one crore payment handed over by Ketan to Siyal and that money handed over to her boyfriend."
It is worth mentioning that Siya reportedly took a huge amount of money, Rs. 1 crore, from Ketan, calling it wedding expenses months before killing him. However, the amount was never used in the wedding. In a shocking turn of events, Siya had sent the whole amount to her alleged boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary. According to reports, the amount given by Ketan to Siya was used in Chetan’s business. The same report also claimed that both Siya and Chetan planned not to stay in touch with each other for three years after killing Ketan.
Ketan Agarwal tragically passed away at 26
Ketan Agarwal’s untimely demise left his family devastated. If reports are to be believed, Siya allegedly pushed 26-year-old Ketan off Lohagad Fort into a deep gorge 400 feet below. Some other reports claim that Siya allegedly signalled her alleged lover, Chetan, to push Ketan off the cliff. In fact, Siya was also kept away from Ketan’s sight moments before the fall. Speaking about the following, a police official shared:
"The signal was chosen deliberately so that Siya would not be within the victim's reach during the fatal push. They feared that if Chetan pushed Ketan and the latter tried to grab Siya while falling, she too could fall into the gorge. The plan was made keeping her safety in mind."
Siya Goyal’s parents also expressed their grief over Ketan’s passing. Speaking to the media, Siya’s father, Praveen, called Ketan’s death 'unfortunate'. He said, "This is very unfortunate; we still can't believe how all this happened. The Agarwals have lost their son. We also loved Ketan a lot; I had started to think of him as my own son. I feel great sadness at his death." Later, Siya’s mother Pooja shared with the media that Ketan’s death has 'devastated' both families. In her words:
"We are heartbroken. Ketan was a really good man. Whoever is found guilty must receive the strictest of punishments. We'd asked Siya repeatedly if she liked and wanted to marry Ketan, and she said she loved him. They were very happy together. If Siya had any problems and discussed it with us, we would have called off the wedding. But there was no problem. Siya loved him very much."
