One celeb couple who took both India and Pakistan by storm in just the beginning of 2024 was Shoaib Malik and Sana Javed. On January 20, 2024, the Pakistani cricketer took to his official Instagram account and shared a collaborative post with his third wife, Sana, announcing that the two had tied the knot. This news came as a shocker to people in both countries as the duo got married without notifying the public about their respective divorces. For those who don’t know, Shoaib had two marriages, one with Aisha (Maha) Siddiqui in 2002, and the second one with the Indian tennis player, Sania Mirza in 2010. Sana, on the other hand, was under the nikah of Pakistani singer, Umair Jaswal since 2020.
Recently, an old interview clip of Sana Javed, who has now changed her name to Sana Shoaib Malik, has surfaced in the media. In a conversation with Sohail Javed in his show, Meet Up, the Pakistani actress was asked if she thought she has a reputation as a heartbreaker. To this, Sana Javed instantly replied with a “No”. However, netizens think otherwise.

The same clip was shared by an Instagram page, Quirkisstan, and it has garnered over 622K views. Netizens, in no time, started penning down their thoughts on Sana’s instant reply. While a majority of them called her a ‘homewrecker’, a section of netizens believed that Shoaib Malik should be blamed instead. A user said, “Why are you blaming her for what about Shoaib Malik? Why are you not blaming him??” Another one wrote, “He asked the wrong question instead of heart breaker he must have asked "Home Breaker" then she could have said YES.” A third comment can be read as “Both of them did moye moye with their ex.”

After their sudden marriage announcement, the newly married couple, Shoaib and Sana were spotted for the first time together in the public on February 17, 2024. As per a report by Geo News, the celebrity couple arrived at the Multan airport as Shoaib was to play for his team in the 9th edition of Pakistan Premier League (PSL). The two walked side-by-side in casual comfy wear as they were headed towards a van parked outside the airport.
Shoaib Malik’s team, Karachi Kings was to play against Multan Sultan in the third match of PSL. Later on February 18, 2024, Sana Javed was photographed sitting amidst the crowd to cheer for her husband, Shoaib. The actress was all smiles and was seen blushing in the videos, which surfaced in the media. Sana was wearing an all-black outfit for the day. However, Shoaib’s ladylove could not bring luck to the cricketer as they lost the first match to Multan Sultan.
