Former Pakistani skipper, Shoaib Malik took the world by storm when he announced that he got married for the third time. The cricketer tied the knot with Pakistani actress, Sana Javed in January 2024, in an intimate wedding ceremony. Shoaib uploaded a collaborative post with his newly wedded wife on Instagram and captioned it as “Alhamdullilah. ‘And We created you in pairs.’”
In the pictures, Shoaib and Sana could be seen happily posing for the camera in their wedding attires. While the cricketer opted for a white-hued sherwani adorned with golden-toned detailing, Sana, on the other hand, donned an exquisite ivory net Peshwa adorned with silver sequins, cutdana, mukaish and naksh work, and paired with a silk crushed sharara featuring embellished borders. She completed her look with a dupatta and heavy pieces of jewellery.

The newly married couple, Shoaib and Sana made their first public appearance together on February 17, 2024. As per a report by Geo News, the celebrity couple was spotted in Multan as the Pakistan Premier League’s (PSL) ninth edition begins. For the unversed, Shoaib is a part of the team, Karachi Kings, and the team will play against Multan Sultan on Sunday i.e., February 18, 2024, at the Multan Cricket Stadium.
In the videos that have surfaced in the media, Shoaib and Sana could be seen walking side-by-side in comfy wear as they proceed outside the airport. The two got into a van to reach their hotel where they would be staying during the initial leg of PSL in Multan. Sana and Shoaib made their first public appearance together weeks after their marriage announcement in January 2024, which left their fans and followers surprised by their unexpected union.

A video of Shoaib and Sana’s public appearance was uploaded by Galaxy Lollywood on their official Instagram account. Netizens took to the comment section of the same video post to pen their thought on the duo’s appearance. While a segment of the online community asked people to let the duo live their lives, others pointed out that Shoaib was walking by keeping his head down. One user wrote, “Kam aisa kro ki har jagha sar jhuka kr chalna paray.” Another one said, “I suggest that everyone who is commenting on their marriage think about focusing on their own self.” A third comment can be read as “bhai shadi ki ae tumne, sir kyu jhuka re o? ya peli se cheating pe sharminda ho?”
