Shoaib Ibrahim Reveals Being 'Scared' When His Father Didn't Respond To Him After Brain Haemorrhage

It looks like Shoaib Ibrahim and his entire family is currently surrounded with only problems. For more than a year, Shoaib’s wife, Dipika Kakar has been undergoing surgeries and treatment. When the much-respected TV actress started recovering, Shoaib’s father got admitted due to brain haemorrhage. However, a while ago, Shoaib shared a YouTube vlog, in which he revealed that his father is stable now and is out of ICU.

Shoaib Ibrahim shares a good update on his father’s health

A while ago, Shoaib Ibrahim shared a YouTube vlog with his wife, Dipika Kakar, during which he shared a detailed update on his father’s health, who suffered a brain haemorrhage, a few days ago. In the vlog, Shoaib mentioned that even though his father has been infected with something, he is currently stable and is out of ICU. Sharing a detailed health update, Shoaib Ibrahim was quoted as saying:

"Papa has got a slight infection, which is usually common as the body is prone to infections at such times but everything is fine now. His creatinine had increased by 0.22, but that is also normal. So finally papa has been shifted from ICU to Ward."

Further, in the vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim mentioned that even though his father has been moved from ICU, he is still facing a few issues. And due to the same, he has been sleeping a lot. Recalling a scary moment, Shoaib revealed that he recently got scared when his father did not respond to him, when he tried to wake him up. However, he eventually replied to the actor. Shoaib also stated that his father’s physio rehab has started now. In his words:

"Papa slept a lot yesterday. For a moment, I got nervous and I got scared because I was calling papa but he was not replying to anything. Then when I said papa loudly, he opened his eyes and revealed that he was just feeling very sleepy. From today his proper physio rehab has begun." 

Dipika Kakar shares details on her treatment

For more than a year, Dipika Kakar has been facing a lot of health problems. For the unversed, it all began in 2025, when doctors discovered a large tumour in her liver, which led to the diagnosis of Stage 2 liver cancer. For the same, she went through a 14-hour surgery. Soon after Dipika started to recover, doctors noticed two small cysts in early 2026, leading to immunotherapy. Sharing an update, Dipika stated that she has got a few tests done, which will help her understand things better. And her next test is on July 2, 2026. She also mentioned that she is hoping for the best. 

Shoaib Ibrahim reveals his father has hallucinations at times

For those who missed the vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim thanked God that his father is slowly and gradually recovering. He explained that even the doctors are surprised that he is able to speak after such an incident, because in 80% of the cases, people lose their voice. Shoaib also revealed that at times his father hallucinates and blabber, making it difficult for everyone to understand him. Shoaib Ibrahim shared:

"I am very thankful that papa is in a stage that he has been shifted from ICU. Whenever anyone hears this, they are surprised because of the way he was bleeding. Even doctors say that in 80% of cases people lose their voices, but papa is talking. However, he is hallucinating and blabbering a little. I do not understand what he is talking about."
