When you get married to the one you had madly fallen in love with everything seems right. And while you begin a new chapter of your life, all the little moments you spend with one another are treasured for a lifetime. Television’s most loved couple, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim are one of those couples, who are making most of their married life. From being best of friends to now husband and wife, the two have always given relationship goals to the millennials. They met on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka and had become good friends and after dating for almost 3 years, they had decided to go public and had confessed their love for each other. It was on February 22, 2018 when Dipika had added Ibrahim to her name after their nikaah. Since then, the lovely couple had embarked their happily ever after and have been treating their fans with glimpses of their love. From celebrating birthdays to festivals, Dipika and Shoaib never leave an opportunity to express their love for one another.
On August 27, 2020, Shoaib Ibrahim took to his IG handle and shared adorable pictures with wife, Dipika Kakar. In the pictures both Shoaib and Dipika looked stunning in their traditional attires and Shoaib’s joru, Dipika was seen kissing his hand while Shoaib couldn’t stop blushing. While Shoaib looked dapper in a grey bandhgala with Pathani salwar, Dipika looked gorgeous in a sky blue-coloured kurta, skirt and matching dupatta. Along with the pictures, Shoaib wrote, “Yahan main pighal gaya.”
On August 6, 2020, Dipika Kakar Ibrahim had turned 34 and it was none other than her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, who had surprised her by baking a delicious chocolate cake. Dipika had taken to her Instagram stories and had shared a video of Shoaib dedicatedly icing the cake for his wifey. She had also shared pictures of Shoaib feeding the cake to her along with a heart-melting note. Her note could be read as “Yesss this has to be my first post!!! From always pampering me to making me feel extra special you have done it all!!! however, I could never imagine you stepping into the kitchen! and now you’ve done this. Some days back, Shoaib Ibrahim had taken to his IG handle and had started an ‘Ask me anything’ session. During the session, a fan had asked Shoaib, which on-screen character ‘Simar or Sonakshi’ played by Dipika was his favourite and his reply had won our hearts. He had replied, “Any day Simar, after all, we met there.” Another fan had asked him “what makes him happy” to which he had responded, “Meri biwi aur gharwalo ka hasta hua chehra (Smiling faces of my wife and family members).”
In an interview with The Indian Express, Dipika had talked at lengths about her relationship with Shoaib. When asked what was that one thing, she loves about Shoaib, Dipika had stated that she loves the way he values each and every relationship in his life. Be it his family, friends or even co-actors, Shoaib is somebody, who treats everyone with the same respect. He does not differentiate between people and takes everyone along and walks ahead.
