Shoaib Ibrahim and his loving wife, Dipika Kakar joined the parents league after welcoming their son into their lives. For the unversed, the madly-in-love couple was blessed with their first child on June 21, 2023, after 5 years of marital bliss. Post the baby boy's premature birth, he was in the NICU for some days. However, now he is all good and has been discharged. Thus, after 26 days of his birth, the doting parents, Shoaib and Dipika took their kid for a regular checkup and were spotted outside the hospital.
On July 17, 2023, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar were spotted exiting a hospital along with their 26-day-old son, Ruhaan. They reportedly went for a regular checkup of their little prince. In the video shared by the paps, the doting parents were seen moving towards their car along with their little one. For the hospital visit, while Shoaib wore all-white casuals, Dipika opted for a pink and white-printed salwar suit. However, their cute little son, who was seen wrapped in a yellow swaddle, was carried by the loving daddy in his arms. Although the newbie daddy hid his son's face from the paps, Ruhaan's partial glimpses simply melted our hearts.

On July 15, 2023, Shoaib Ibrahim took to his YouTube channel and dropped a vlog, wherein he could be heard revealing cutesy anecdotes from his parenthood journey. In the vlog, the actor asked his wife, Dipika, about her current days. Answering the same, the actress mentioned that she is sleep deprived. At the end of the video, Shoaib shared a funny incident about his son, Ruhaan. The newbie daddy revealed that the little one peed on his phone two days back. To this, Dipika started smiling and added, "Bilkul mera beta hai sabse pehle jo kiya hai phone pe kiya hai." This was simply an adorable moment for the family of three.
In the same vlog, Dipika and Shoaib officially revealed their baby boy's name. In the video, the entire family was seen gathered together in one place to make the announcement. The Ibrahim family used LED Alphabet and showed the baby boy's name, which read, "RUHAAN." Further, in the video, the doting dadu, dadi, nani and bua were seen cutting a beautiful blue-hued cake adorned with cutesy shoes, teddy bears and a train. Moreover, Dipika and Shoaib also got customised cupcakes for each family member, which looked simply delicious.

On July 10, 2023, Shoaib and Dipika's baby boy arrived at his home for the first time post getting discharged from the hospital. Thus, he got a grand welcome at home. In a video shared by the newbie dad, we could see how the duo's house was decorated with blue and white balloons. Later in the video, the newbie parents were also seen posing with their son, Ruhaan, against a stunning backdrop. Moreover, the Ibrahim family also brought a yummy cake to mark the baby boy's grand welcome. Shoaib and Dipika were seen cutting the cake with their little munchkin, which featured a cutesy line, "BOSS BABY", along with caricatures of an animated baby boy and a bow.
