Trolling has become part and parcel of every celeb's social life today. The same had also happened with one of the much-in-love B-town couple, Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar. For the unversed, the duo had met on the sets of their television show, Sasural Simar Ka, and love had started brewing between them after a series of meetings. After dating for three years, the duo had done nikah on February 22, 2018.

Television actress Dipika Kakar and her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, had faced trolling quite a few times. It was when Shoaib's unwell father returned from the hospital, and the couple gave their bedroom for his comfort, Shoaib was again trolled. So to address the issue, the duo had hosted a YouTube live on August 19, 2021. An angry Dipika stated, "Sharam Karo tum log (Have some shame)." On the other hand, Shoaib, who looked calmer, revealed that they have been receiving hate messages on being unfair to Dipika and stating that they have stolen her privacy.

A while back, the much-in-love couple, Shoaib Ibrahim and his wife, Dipika Kakar, had launched their production house, Kalb Entertainment. In an interview with the ETimes, the couple talked about how they reacted to the trolls, which they have been facing for quite some time now. Dipika mentioned that her mantra of handling trolls is to avoid negativity and look at those who love them. She said:

"We don't react to trolls often. We only do it when people cross their limit or when things go beyond our control. Jab Paani sar se upar Chala jaata hai Tabhi hum log ek jawab Dena zaruri samjhte hain… we always believed in one thing after you become a public figure, you have to be ready for love and hate both. You can't change someone's thought process or mentality. The good thing is the amount of people spreading hate are less in number and people showering love are in abundance."

"You can't avoid negativity, you will find it everywhere wherever you go in life. But it depends on you where you want to focus. I also feel that there should be negativity as it challenges you to do well in life."
