Shilpa Shetty is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. The diva never shies away from melting the hearts of her fans with her divine beauty and sizzling dance moves. Talking about her personal life, Shilpa tied the knot with Raj Kundra in 2009. And the duo is blessed with two adorable kids, Viaan and Samisha. On her professional front, Shilpa is basking in glory with her film, Sukhee, which is also her comeback film. However, the diva is currently on a promotional spree, and she recently made an appearance on Shehnaaz Gill's talk show. In the show, the actress talked about an incident that made her change her perspective on her fans.
In a recent episode of Desi Vibes With Shehnaaz Gill, Shilpa Shetty shared that earlier, she wanted to keep a distance from her fans, but later an incident changed her whole perspective about the same. Talking about the same, Shilpa recalled meeting famous Hollywood actor, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The actress shared that the actor and she were in the same hotel for some event.

However, Shilpa at that moment was wearing heels, and just the moment she saw Arnold, she told her hubby that she wanted a picture with him, so she ran to him. Speaking along the same lines, the diva mentioned that she was then stopped by Arnold's bodyguards, who even pushed her and didn't let her meet the actor. Shilpa shared:
"I had gone somewhere and there was Arnold Schwarzenegger in the hotel, who had come for some event there. I was wearing heels, and the moment I saw him, I removed them and told Raj, ‘I want a picture with him.’ I ran to him, but there were his well-built bodyguards. They didn’t let me see him and pushed me away.”
Taking more about the same, Shilpa Shetty mentioned that the whole incident made her hubby, Raj, angry, who then even told Arnold's bodyguards that she is an Indian actress, but still they didn't let Shilpa meet Arnold. Sharing how disheartened she was after such an incident, Shilpa shared:
"Raj, who was behind me, got very upset about how can they push a lady like that. He got a little possessive. He told them, ‘Do you know she is an Indian actor?’. But they still didn’t let me see him. I was very disheartened.”
Sharing what happened next and how that changed her perspective on her fans, Shilpa Shetty shared that a day after such an incident happened, during an event, Arnold Schwarzenegger sat next to her. And when he got to learn that she was an Indian actress, he took a picture with her. Shilpa said that it made her feel bad as a fan, and she realised how her fans must feel when she says 'no' to a picture or autograph. She said:
"The next day, we were at the same event, and they seated us in the front row. When Schwarzenegger was told that I am an Indian actor, he clicked a photo with me… I was an Indian actor, so he gave me a photo, but….As a fan, I felt bad when he didn’t. But I also realised how people must feel when I say ‘No’. They get only one chance.”

For the unversed, in the beginning, Shilpa Shetty said 'no' to the film, Sukhee as she was not in the right space mentally. Talking about the same in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Shilpa shared that she was unsure about how she could manage her work-life balance.
However, earlier than that, during the promotional event of Sukhee, Silpa stated that it was her hubby, Raj, who kind of forced her to do the film. Sharing more details about the same, the actress shared that after she told Raj that she didn't want to play a part in the film, the latter read the script and convinced her to act in the same.
