Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s life had turned upside down after her husband, Raj Kundra’s arrest for the alleged involvement in the creation of pornographic content. While initially, Shilpa was away from the limelight and had also kept her kids, Viaan and Samisha hidden from the world, the actress has bounced back and how! From ensuring that her kids have a normal life to giving a glimpse of them every now and then without worrying about social media trolls, Shilpa is indeed a strong mom.
In her long statement after Raj Kundra’s arrest, Shilpa Shetty Kundra had asked everyone to respect their privacy for the sake of her kids, Viaan Raj Kundra and Samisha Shetty Kundra. It was on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi when she had shared two twinning pictures with her kids, posing along with the Ganpati Bappa’s idol they had bought at their home. She had captioned the pictures as “Om Gan Ganapatay Namo Namah! Shri Siddhivinayak Namo Namah! Ashta Vinayak Namo Namah! Ganapati Bappa Moraiya! Our Gannu Raja is back to visit us.”

Shilpa Shetty Kundra is ensuring that her fans get a glimpse of her kids on her IG handle despite the havoc in her life. A few hours back, Shilpa shared a video on her IG handle, where Viaan can be seen teaching his baby sister, Samisha some yoga aasans, and she looked adorable following him. She captioned it as “Kids are like wet clay. We must mould their approach towards a healthier lifestyle early. Inculcating the habit of enjoying a balanced diet, staying fit, and gaining control over the mind & soul is crucial.”
In her caption, she further mentioned how her son, Viaan tries to teach Samisha and has been taking over her role. She added, “That’s exactly what I’ve tried to do with Viaan; and now, to see him take over the role and teaching his little follower, Samisha, makes me so proud. Seeing them bond over Yoga is truly the kind of Monday Motivation I need to stay fit and healthy… with them and for them. Have a great week ahead, my #InstaFam.”
On the occasion of Daughter’s Day 2021, Shilpa had shared a video with her baby girl, Samisha from the Ganpati puja at their home. In the video, not just the mommy-daughter duo had looked perfect twinning their clothes, Samisha had looked beyond adorable jumping and dancing during the puja. She had captioned the video as “Happy Daughter’s Day to US, mine and ours… Thank you, Samisha, for choosing me. I promise you that even though we’ve been mother-daughter from the start, we’ll always be best friends forever from the heart Love you, my baby!”

After dealing with one of the biggest storms of his life, Raj Kundra was granted bail on September 20, 2021. After paying a surety of Rs. 50,000, Raj had filed a fresh bail plea earlier this month after the Mumbai Police's supplementary charge sheet had declared him an accused. The first pictures of Raj Kundra after getting out of the Arthur jail had gone viral over the internet. He had looked weak and dishevelled in the pictures and video. However, there was a sense of relief on his face as he was going to meet his family after more than two months.
On the professional front, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is currently judging the dance reality show, Super Dancer 4.
