Shilpa Shetty Kundra's husband, Raj Kundra, stopped posing for the media after his arrest in 2021. The rumours were rife that he got into legal trouble for making pornographic films in Mumbai. Since then, Raj Kundra maintained a safe distance from the media. Recently, he came out with his stand-up comedy video and made fun of his masked face. Now, his wife, Shilpa, supported him as she hid her face by donning a matching mask like her husband, Raj.
On October 14, 2023, Shilpa left with her husband, Raj in the city. Paparazzi were amazed to see Shilpa coming out of the car with her husband, Raj and donning a matching mask like him. Shilpa and Raj were seen donning matching black-hued outfits. And we loved Shilpa's LED light mask. Raj posed with Shilpa in a mask for the first time in two years.

As soon as the video made rounds on the internet, netizens flooded the comments section with their opinions. One user wrote, "Ye bhi apne husband jesi ho gyi." Another commented, "Waah kya jodi hai. dono hi muh dikhane k kaabil nahi rahe." One netizen also penned, "Kam aisa karo ki char logo ko apni shakal na dikha sako."
Last year, a Twitter user asked Raj whether his marriage with Shilpa Shetty was a staged act. The user wrote, "Are you & Shilpa still together or it’s a staged act?" To this, Raj replied in his unique style. He shared that love is no act and cannot be staged. He also announced they will celebrate their thirteenth wedding anniversary in a few days. Raj tweeted:
"Haha love this question. Love is no act and cannot be staged. 13th year anniversary on 22nd November don’t forget to wish us."
For the unversed, Raj had spent over two months in Mumbai's Arthur Road Jail. After completing one year of his bail, he had written a letter to the Central Bureau of Investigation and asked for justice in the same matter. He had claimed he was innocent and was framed in the false case.
