From their farming to baking sessions, she makes sure to indulge Viaan with her and we love watching the mommy-son duo. On February 21, 2020, Shilpa had surprised all her fans with the announcement of embracing motherhood for the second time via surrogacy as she had welcomed her little angel, Samisha Shetty Kundra. Despite their busy schedules, Shilpa and Raj make sure to give equal time to their children.
On December 18, 2020, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra shared their proud moment as their son, Viaan Raj Kundra surprised them with his adorable creation. Shilpa took to her IG handle and shared a video created by Viaan on Mother Nature. Along with the video, Shilpa shared how, Viaan has not just acted and edited but also did the Voice Over of the video. She wrote, “Mera beta… Proud Mommy moment for me. Acting, editing, and VO by Viaan-Raj Kundra.”
On the other hand, Raj Kundra shared the same video on his IG handle and wrote, “Woke up this morning to a video shared by my son (that he acted, edited and did a VO for) of his feelings about Mother Nature and how mankind is destroying it. I was moved by how an 8 year old was impacted by what he see’s and learns, how he believes he can save the world if everyone unites. In July, 2020, Shilpa Shetty had taken to her IG handle and had shared a candid picture of herself enjoying the sunset. Staring into the sky and watching the sun go down, the diva had looked gorgeous as she had sat peacefully engrossed in her thoughts. Along with the picture, she had penned a note where she had mentioned that the priceless candid picture of hers was taken by none other than her 8-year-old son, Viaan Raj Kundra. Her note could be read as “Watching the sun go down and seeing the sky turn into a crimson canvas makes me so happy. Gives me a sense of peace and hope... reminding me that it’s important to slow down and take some time off every day to notice & enjoy the small li’l joys. Shilpa Shetty Kundra had featured on the cover of Vogue India's November issue. In a chat with the magazine, the superfit mommy had hilariously talked about her son, Viaan Raj Kundra's future wife and her future daughter-in-law. She had said, "I always tell my son if your wife is good to me she might get my 20-carat diamond, otherwise she will have to make do with some smaller ones!"
