In the pictures, the ‘Gabbar’ of the Indian cricket team, Shikhar Dhawan, can be seen all smiles as he received a dummy of a BMW car along with all the papers of the car. However, the second picture simply stuns everyone, as Shikhar can be seen posing with his brand new speedster and the bold black colour simply enhances the overall beauty of this high-priced German car.
Along with the pictures, BMW India penned a sweet note in the caption, congratulating Shikhar on becoming the proud owner of the BMW M8 Coupe. The note can be read as “An icon of Indian cricket meets #TheIconOfEcstasy. Congratulations to @shikhardofficial on his brand new BMW #M8 Coupé. Welcome to the #BMW family!” Well, the price of this rare and recently released edition is estimated to be around Rs. 2.18 crore.

For the unversed, Shikhar Dhawan’s BMW M8 Coupe has been announced the winner of Performance Car of the Year at the prestigious Car and Bike Awards in 2021. The reason why it bagged the award goes to the fact that it has one of the most powerful engines in the world, a 4.4-litre V8 twin-turbocharged motor. The engine has the capacity to produce 592 bhp and 750 Nm of power, equipped with the claim that it clocks 100kmph in just 3.3 seconds. Yes! It’s surprising, but you read it right.
