Shehnaaz Gill worked in several Punjabi films but won fame from Bigg Boss 13. However, the actress is set to debut in Bollywood with the most awaited film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Recently, Palak Tiwari said in an interview that Salman Khan had a rule for the girls on his set. The actress said that Salman had a rule that all girls should be covered like proper girls. However, famous actress Shehnaaz Gill spilt the beans while discussing the same. The actress said that she wore a 'sexy' dress for the promotion of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, and Salman keeps motivating her, saying she would grow in her career. Shehnaaz's words can be heard as:
"Nothing like that, I wore a very sexy dress during the promotion. Salman sir keeps motivating me and saying that you will grow in your career."

The actress further added that Salman Khan is how he is seen on the set of Bigg Boss. She stated that Salman gives good advice to others and keeps them motivated. The actress also shared how Salman corrects her, and she keeps improving her skills. Shehnaaz Gill said:
"He is the same in reality as he is seen on the stage of ‘Bigg Boss’. I can’t see any difference in him. He gives good advice to others and motivates them. He corrected me and asked me to concentrate on my work. I am doing the same and learning Hindi."
When Shehnaaz Gill was asked about her experience of working with Salman Khan, the actress said the actor used to have a lot of fun with them on the set, and they used to have their lunch and dinner together. Shehnaaz Gill can be heard saying:
"Salman used to have a lot of fun with us. From lunch to dinner, we enjoyed having food there."
While talking to the media, Shehnaaz Gill said what differences she had found between the Punjabi and Hindi film Industries. The actress stated that Bollywood films are big-budget films. Shehnaaz said she hopes that Punjabi Industry also makes such big-budget movies and grows in the same and similar way to the Hindi film Industry. She said:
"These are big-budget films. In fact, most Bollywood films are made with huge budgets and that can be seen on sets — they are so big. I just hope the Punjabi industry also grows in the same way and similarly, big-budget films are made."
In the same conversation, the actress also talked about her journey in the industry. She said she wants to focus on her career and dedicate her life to work. The young actress also stated that she does not believe in planning, rather than she keeps going with the flow. Shehnaaz Gill stated:
"I want to focus on my career and nothing else. I want to dedicate my life to work and I keep getting love and support from the media and the audience. I don’t believe in planning. Because it never works. Just go with the flow."
