At the India Today Conclave, Shehnaaz Gill revealed that she was heavily trolled for her dressing choices in her movie, Thank You For Coming. The diva said that she had to receive a lot of mean comments for her short dresses. The actress said that people were shocked that she could wear such short clothes. Shehnaaz stated that people really need to change their mindset and stop judging her based on the length of her clothes and focus on her personality. The actress also added that if someone sits with her for two minutes, they will become the fans she can guarantee. Shehnaaz mentioned:
"The way Rhea Kapoor has syled us in the film, people are shocked that I could wear such short clothes. People really need to change their mindset. Don’t judge me for the length of my clothes. Meet me personally, sit with me for two minutes, mere fan naa hogaye mera naam badal dena."
Earlier, during an interview with B4U Entertainment, Shehnaaz Gill was asked about her trolls and haters. The actress accepted that she has a big fanbase; she also has a lot of trolls and haters. The diva stated that people often think that what she does isn't her real personality. The actress mentioned that people cannot just digest the fact that she is cute.
During the promotional events of her then-upcoming film, Thank You For Coming, Shehnaaz Gill was asked to shed some light on the change in her wardrobe choices. To this, the gorgeousness said that if Rhea Kapoor had advised her to shed off her clothes, she wouldn't step back. Shehnaaz also said that even her co-stars from Thank You For Coming would not mind experimenting with new outfit choices and styles.
