The famous entrepreneur, Vineeta Singh is the co-founder and CEO of one of the leading beauty companies in India, Sugar Cosmetics. Vineeta is known for her bold decisions and business-oriented skills, which helped her company gain nationwide recognition. Alongside it, Vineeta too garnered immense when she graced India’s first business reality show, Shark Tank India, as one of the judges. Apart from her, the show is judged by Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Ashneer Grover, Peyush Bansal, and Aman Gupta in different seasons. Now, Vineeta indulged in a candid conversation with Kareena Kapoor Khan on the latter's show and opened up about some unmissable anecdotes from her life.
Recently, the promo video of the upcoming episode of Kareena Kapoor Khan's show, What Women Want, backed by Mirchi Plus, was posted on the channel's official Instagram handle. In the promo video, Kareen can be seen indulging in a heart-to-heart conversation with Shark Tank India judge, Vineeta Singh. During the course of the video, Vineeta was asked by the host to rank the sharks according to their educational qualifications. To which, Vineeta remained tight-lipped and said, “I cannot say that”.

Next, Vineeta was also asked about the terms ‘Girl Boss’ or ‘Boss Lady’. To this, Vineeta talked about societal norms and revealed there is no such term for a businesswoman. Moreover, she revealed how Vineeta was earlier asked to follow certain dressing criteria before entering her factory. Vineeta shared:
“There is no such term as a businesswoman in the industry but in the next 20 years are gonna belong to women entrepreneurs coming out of India. Earlier whenever I used to enter my company’s factory people would ask me not to wear tights jeans and tops as it wasn’t ok."
In the same conversation, Vineeta also opened up about the type of conversations she used to have with her husband, Kaushik Mukherjee, before going to bed. She mentioned that instead of getting romantic, Vineeta and her husband discuss their bank balance and verify how much money is left with them after investing in multiple businesses. Vineeta revealed:
“In the night when other couples say goodnight baby we as a couple usually talk about our bank balance and how much is left.”

In one segment of the promo video, Vineeta can be heard revealing that whatever negotiations take place in the show, Shark Tank India, she used to practice the same at her home. She mentioned the same kind of negotiation happens with her kids. Vineeta added:
"Shark Tank pe joh pitchers ke saath negotiation hota hai nah uska saara practice mujhe apne bacho ke saath milta hain."

Apart from being one of the biggest entrepreneurs in the country, Vineeta Singh is a loving wife to her husband, Kaushik Mukherjee and a doting mommy to two of their kids. Vineeta completed her schooling at Delhi Public School, R. K. Puram, in 2001. Afterwards, she completed her bachelor's in electrical engineering in 2005. Following this, she did MBA from IIM (Ahmedabad) in 2007. There she met the love of her life, Kaushik, and the duo tied the knot in October 2011. The madly-in-love couple is blessed with two cute sons.
