After a long time, Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor has reunited with his father, Pankaj Kapur, onscreen for their upcoming movie, Jersey. The promotions of which has already begun. Recently, the actor shared a cute picture with his daddy, Pankaj. He also revealed his experience of working with him after so many years of being in Bollywood.
For the unversed, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor's wedding had brought the entire Kapoor family together. When Shahid Kapoor was getting married to Mira Rajput Kapoor, Supriya Pathak (Pankaj Kapur's second wife) had participated in all the functions and ceremonies happily.

On December 17, 2021, Shahid took to his Instagram handle and shared a picture on his IG stories with his father. We can see Shahid and Pankaj sitting behind the camera and looking at something in the photo. While Shahid looked a little irked, Pankaj was looking like he was giving an opinion. Atop it, Shahid wrote:
"Papa ke saath kaam karna, mushkil hi nahi. Scary hai."
We all know Shahid's relationship with his daddy, Pankaj has not always been pleasant. In a 2015 interview with the Hindustan Times, Pankaj had talked about his son and how there was a gap between the two. He had said:
"As Shahid said, it is very difficult to explain. For a father, to separate from his son is not easy. It was a huge emotional loss for me [the last time around] and I started living with the hope that there will come a time when we will come close to each other again. And today, it’s a great feeling to sit next to him, see his work or hear him speak and bond with the family."
Pankaj had further shared that he missed his son, but due to work, he wasn't able to be with him. He had shared:
"Definitely, yes. I missed him every day, but there were professional constraints. What’s most fortunate is that once he turned 18, Shahid assisted me for a while, so we got to spend a lot of time with each other. Then, we started going on holidays together with the family, so the bonding increased, especially after we shifted to our new house."
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will be next seen in his upcoming film, Jersey.
