Selma Blair bit 3 celebrities before the violent fight conduct
Selma Blair is facing federal charges for her altercation with the flight attendants, as well as for allegedly attacking the officer and the nurse. Amid this incident, a past surfaced about Selma. Apparently, this is not the first time that she has bitten someone. Years ago, the actress bit three other celebrities. Yes! In her memoir, Mean Baby: A Memoir of Growing Up, Selma revealed that her biting habits stemmed from an 'overwhelming feeling' in public.
Selma Blair first bit Sienna Miller at the Chateau Marmont in 2006. According to the actress, even though she did it 'playfully', she was 'aghast' at herself, as she knew that it was horrible behavior. The reason Selma behaved this way was that she couldn't 'begrudge her for any part she (Miller) was winning' over the Cruel Intentions actress.
Before that, in 2004, she also bit Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. According to the actress, she was invited to a party by Scarlett Johansson, and she was starstruck by the writer. Eventually, she ended up biting the writer's hand. Sharing what actually happened, Selma Blair added:
"What do I do in public situations where I admire someone, but feel as if I don’t bring anything to the party? I bit him on the hand. ‘Whoa!’ he yelled. ‘That really hurt.’ It wasn’t a disaster; I didn’t break skin. But I soon hated myself."
Selma Blair also bit Kate Moss following a Marc Jacobs fashion show. She took Polaroid photos of Moss and bit her finger, which ended up leaving the latter laughing out loud. As Moss laughed, Selma went to bite again, and the second time, the former didn't laugh and instead punched the Legally Blonde actress in the back, grabbed her thumb, and crunched right into it. Sharing that this was the first time she realized how much she hurt people, Selma shared:
“This was the first time I had any inkling of how much I might hurt people when I bit them. Immediately, I transformed into a shamed nursery school kid. ‘Oh my gosh,’ I whispered, ‘I am so sorry.’”
