Selena Gomez Slams Those Who Suggested Her To Divorce Benny Blanco, Kisses His Bare Feet, Fans React

Selena Gomez knows how to stand with her husband when the entire world is against him. Selena and her hubby-bubby, Benny Blanco, are again trending, but this time due to the way Selena slammed those who left her husband, Benny, in a strange way by commenting on his dirty feet during his podcast debut. During a recent episode, Selene left everyone in shock by kissing her husband's toe while sitting on the floor beside him.

On March 3, 2026, a new episode of Benny Blanco and Lil Dicky and his wife, Kristin Bataluco's, hosted podcast, Friends Keep Secrets, sparked a lot of buzz for a particular moment. In the middle of the conversation with Selena Gomez and their future plans about family and all, the actress leaned down and kissed her husband's bare foot as he was lounging on the couch. 

This gesture left Benny off guard. He took his own sweet time to recover, and he quickly joked, "You like that." Selena laughed it off and said, "Oh, don't make it a moment." This way of showing love, especially feet, proved that Selena was unhappy with the internet giving backlash to her husband over dirty feet. 

Dave Byrd recalled the first time he had seen Selena and Blanco, who showed love in Malibu, and joked that he knew their relationship would last. However, Benny clarified that he tries not to display a lot of affection in joint interviews with Slena, as he wants her to maintain  her own identity and keep shining. And there are times when he wants to calm himself down so that he doesn't look overly lovey-dovey towards her on camera. Selena also talked about their bond and called it so healthy and one of the greatest things in her life. Benny said:

"In interviews with her… because I know she likes to keep it professional, I try not to show too much, like… because she's her own entity. I want her to shine and be her own independent woman. So I try so hard. I use every bone in my body not to be googly-eyed over her and not want to kiss her and jump her bones all the time."

However, netizens didn't feel Selena's love, and they again started trolling. One user wrote, "Girl, there's already some dirt on her feet right there!” Another one commented, "How can I unsee this? Everything I know about them is against my will." A third user wrote, "For my mental health, this is AI, and I’m going to continue on with my day and forget about it." A fourth user penned, "Ewww, I don't know what to say anymore after this like what was the point??"

When Benny Blanco received backlash for his dirty feet

The 37-year-old music producer made his debut podcast with his best friend, Lil Dick, and Lil Dicky's wife, Kristin Batalucco, and it is called Friends Keep Secrets on February 24, 2026. However, the podcast didn't go down well with Selena Gomez's fans, who found Blanco extremely gross.

Blanco lounged barefoot on a couch, in an orange and white-hued t-shirt and tan pants. His feet were visible on the camera, covered with dirt. It seemed like it was an intentional, unfiltered format, but it didn't go down well with the fans. In one moment, Blanco reclined on a sofa with his bare feet popping up on the cushions. He also intentionally farted in front of the camera.

Soon, fans started sharing their point of view. One user wrote, "Wait, see if you guys could pick this up." Another one commented, "Can’t believe she lets him touch her." Another one penned, "That is disgusting idk how selena dealing with this." One user even went on to advise Selena to divorce Benny, "Selena needs to divorce him and find someone better." Another went on to say, "I have never been more disappointed in Selena than I am right now."
