As the chatter about his alleged sickness made rounds on social media, Sean himself revealed the reason behind his puffy look.
Sean Hannity sparked concern with changed appearance months before wedding to Ainsley Earhardt
In June 2026, just four months before Sean Hannity's wedding to his ladylove, Ainsley Earhardt, he sparked health concern with his changed appearance. Sean seemed to have a "puffy face" while he appeared on his Fox News show. It wasn't just his face; Sean's voice also seemed to have changed a lot, sounding raspier. Many online users at that time expressed concern, asking, "What happened to him?" and wondering if he was unwell.
Sean Hannity then responded to the buzz and shared the reason behind his changed face and voice. He thanked his well-wishers for checking up on him, wanting to know if everything was fine with him. He shared that it was due to a painful pinched nerve in his neck. Sean added that he consulted the doctor, and underwent treatment, but it had some side effects.

Sean shared that the medical professional put him on prednisone to treat his nerve condition, which helped reduce the inflammation. But as a side effect, he developed laryngitis, and his face got puffy. He reassured the concerned netizens, saying that his body's reaction to the medication was nothing out of the ordinary and there was nothing to be worried about. In his words:
"Thanks to everyone who has checked in. I've already addressed this several times on my radio show, but while training, I developed a painful pinched nerve in my neck. My doctor put me on prednisone to reduce the inflammation, and while it's helping, it led to laryngitis and some puffiness, which is normal for this medication."
Sean Hannity is now married to Ainsley Earhardt
Sean Hannity and his ladylove Ainsley Earhardt are now a married couple. They exchanged vows at the historic Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida. The wedding venue was especially meaningful to them, as it is the same church where he originally proposed to her in the Christmas of 2024.

Before the official ceremony, the couple hosted a pre-wedding celebration and rehearsal dinner on October 23 at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach. The pre-wedding dinner was attended by Donald Trump and Melania Trump, alongwith prominent political and media figures including Marco Rubio, Robert F Kennedy Jr, Senator Tim Scott, and top Fox News executives.
Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt first sparked romance rumors in 2020. Before they connected, both Fox News journalists finalized divorces from their then-spouses. The couple made one of their first notable joint public appearances in August 2019, when they arrived together as guests for the wedding of Pete Hegseth.
Sean and Ainsley are speculated to have quietly dated since then, and in June 2020, outlets like Vanity Fair and PEOPLE formally reported that the two were a real couple. They have since earned the nickname- "first couple of Fox News."
