The past year 2020 was a dreadful one for all of us. From COVID-19 hitting the world to many of us losing our loved ones, 2020 is marked in the history for its uncertain events. The entire year can be summed up as January, February, March and December as the remaining months were spent within the confinement of our homes, dreading the deadly virus. With a hope to overcome the losses of past year, we all look up to 2021 as our official healer and welcomed it with a bang. Joining an array of celebs, who welcomed 2021 with a lot of hope and aspirations, are Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. One of the most-loved star siblings on the block, Sara and Ibrahim never miss a chance to treat their fans by sharing adorable glimpses of their personal lives. As we all celebrated New Year with our close-knit of people, Sara too ringed in 2021 with her gang.
On January 2, 2021, Sara Ali Khan took to her IG handle and shared pictures of how she welcomed 2021 with Ibrahim Ali Khan and her BFFs, Sara Vaisoha and Orhan Awatramani. Along with the pictures, Sara wrote a poetry, which can be read as “Sun Sun Sunshine… Hugs and cuddles since they’re all mine… Jokes and pranks continue as we dine… If this is how 2021 is gonna be- it’s a good sign.” Sara Vaisoha and Orhan Awatramani too shared glimpses of their celebrations on their IG stories.
Sara Ali Khan had begun her New Year on a poetic note as she had taken to her IG handle and had shared pictures with her little brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Just like his sister, Sara, Ibrahim too loves sharing throwback pictures from his archives. On May 7, 2020, Ibrahim had taken to his Instagram handle and had shared a throwback picture with Sara. In the picture, Ibrahim had looked adorable as he had posed for the camera with a goofy expression. Along with the picture, Ibrahim had written, “The face I make when it’s me who can bully sara now.”
To mark Raksha Bandhan 2020, Sara Ali Khan had penned Sara ki shayari for her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan with the pictures from their Goa vacation. Sara had captioned them as "Post Rakhi bonding vibe To match with me I had to bribe My younger brother- begged him to join my tribe But his day out was fun- he says 'I can't describe' To see more please like share and subscribe #doubletrouble #twinning #winning." On Bhai Dooj 2020, Sara had shared a couple of pictures from their Diwali photoshoot and had written, “Wishing all brothers and sisters a happy Bhai Dooj. Missing you my Iggy Potter. Can’t wait to bully you again” in the caption.
In an interview with the HELLO! magazine, Ibrahim Ali Khan had opened up on his bond with sister, Sara Ali Khan. He had shared, “The relationship we (Sara and I) share is just perfect – we rarely fight and that’s perhaps because we have a five-year gap between us. On occasions that we do, it’s over the stupidest things.
