Post the Aaj Kal schedule wrap and a day after returning to Mumbai with her co-star, Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan had jetted off to London to spend some quality time with her mother, Amrita Singh and brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Sara has been delighting her fans with frequent glimpses from her London vacay. In a cuddly picture shared by her, the mother-daughter duo could be seen twinning in white and striking a pose for the camera. Amrita had looked her pretty self in a white long shirt and white leggings, while Sara had stunned us in a white dress paired with a denim jacket and pink ballerinas. And they both were all smiles for the camera.
On July 7, 2019, Sara Ali Khan along with her mother, Amrita Singh and brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan made her Sunday a fun-day by gorging on some delicious English breakfast and posing super-adorably for a brother-sister picture. Sara took to her Instagram to post a picture with Ibrahim which screamed of their unconditional love, but it was her caption that every sister could easily relate to. She wrote, “I smile because you’re my brother ...I laugh because there’s nothing you can do about it.”
Later, Sara Ali Khan shared some Insta stories with her ‘bro’ wherein she posted a Boomerang video of herself walking alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan at a London park. Wearing a shimmery blue jacket paired with black joggers, Sara wrote atop it, “Shoving me around #asusual.” Post a fun-filled day time with mommy, Amrita Singh, looks like the brother-sister duo went out for a night out. Twinning in black, Sara and Ibrahim posed for a mandatory London phone booth picture.
On March 5, 2019, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s son, Ibrahim Ali Khan had turned 18 and his doting sister, Sara Ali Khan had shared some ‘no one has ever seen’ photos with her darling baby brother. Just like any other brother-sister duo, Sara and Ibrahim also have each other’s back, literally. Posting pictures in which she can be seen curled up in Ibrahim's arms, Sara had written a cheeky caption, “Happiest birthday to the best brother in the world. Thank you for always having my back (literally) and tolerating all my nonsense patiently (mostly)”. A few months back, in an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, when Sara Ali Khan was asked about the equation she shares with her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan and half-brother, Taimur Ali Khan, she had retorted, "Both are bundles of cuteness and equally naughty. Their naughtiness takes different shapes because they are of different sizes. Taimur’s still a child and I can’t wait for him to grow up to bond with him. Ibrahim’s 18 and we’re very close. There’s nothing about me he doesn’t know while I know just 10 per cent of his life because he can be somewhat shady (chuckles). My mom, Ibrahim and I are a close unit."
Sara Ali Khan was further quizzed if Ibrahim Ali Khan too, wants to join the film industry, the big sister proudly replied that he will be a better actor than her. Sara had stated, “He does and from what I’ve seen of him on stage, he’ll be a better actor than me. Recently he gave me a page from his play. I’ve no idea if he had got his lines right because I couldn’t take my eyes off his face. He’s that good. But wanting to be an actor and understanding what it’s about and knowing this is what you want to do is a journey. I think he’s 99 per cent there.”
On World Siblings Day 2019, Sara Ali Khan had showered some love on her ‘not so little brother’, Ibrahim Ali Khan. To mark the Siblings Day 2019, Sara had posted an unseen childhood photograph wherein the brother-sister duo is doting on one another, holding each other’s cheeks. She shared two more pictures wherein in one Sara can be seen resting on her brother Ibrahim's shoulder while the other one is a fun snap from one of the parties held at their dad, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's Mumbai residence. Sara had captioned the pictures as, “Happy World Siblings Day to my not so little brother #brotherandsister #bestbro #rock #alwaysandforever”.
And on Raksha Bandhan 2018, Sara Ali Khan had penned down a heartfelt note for her brother, Ibrahim Ali Khan. Sara had written, “Happy Raksha Bandhan to all brothers and sisters! @iakpataudi I promise to always look out for you and be there for you (even when you don’t want me around) and I hope you continue to boss me around and bully me till you get your way (partly because your way is probably smarter than mine) but mainly because I know you’ll always have my back. #happyrakhi #rakshabandhan #bestbrother #dogbrother #alwaysandforever”.
