And the recent one to the knot is Sanjay Dutt's niece, Siya, who got married to the man of her dreams, Aditya. Before we take you further into the story, let us take a look at controversies favourite child, Sanjay Dutt's 'happily ever after' with his wife, Maanyata Dutta. The actor, who once had a dark past, has turned into a complete family man for his wife, Manyata Dutt and together they are busy nurturing their twins, Iqra and Shahran. In fact, in an interview with the HT Brunch, Sanjay had revealed that he thought of being a strict father but he was never able to be one.
Recently, Sanjay and Maanyata made headlines when they attended their niece's wedding. Sanjay Dutt's sister, Namrata Dutt and Kumar Gaurav’s daughter, Siya got married on December 21, 2019. The bride looked gorgeous in a white lehenga with golden embroidery all over it while her husband looked dashing in a white sherwani. Coming back to Sanjay Dutt and Maanyata Dutt's love life, the star-wife didn't have a perfect start to her 'happily ever after'. She was accused of taking over her husband's life and people called her names and she became the reason behind the drift between the Dutt siblings. However, in a 2009 interview with the IANS, Maanyata had cleared the air and had shared her side of the story when people accused her of 'taking over' her husband's life. She had said, "I know, but what I want to say is that I've the right to live with my husband the way I want to. It doesn't matter whether it's a prostitute or a princess, a wife has certain rights in her husband's home. I'm not a man living in a woman's house." Maanyata had also opened up on her bond she shares with her sisters-in-law and had said, "Sanju knows I've tried to do as much in my capacity to find acceptance with his sisters. Beyond that, he wouldn't like me to push myself to try any further. Neither would I." And now, she shares an amazing camaraderie with them.
In an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, Sanjay Dutt had talked about his 'loving wife' and had shared, "I’m proud and fortunate to have a wife like her. Her focus has always been home, husband, kids and her work. I’ve never interfered in her trading, knowing she has business acumen. After my father passed away, Maanayata has been my support system.
